Nothing really new. Need to fill the void at DT to offer more pass rush, also need to look at RB. Possibly looking for a QB to develop if the right opportunity presents itself.

Its interesting I haven't been flamed for this thread. I was totally expecting people to jump down my throat about Konz.
I can see the Broncos spending a pick on the OL/C and also using them as OG depth ... Both Jones,Brewster look to be good blue chip value picks especially if either would slip into the 4th ...Not really sure about any other prospects at OC though ...:logo: :logo: :logo: :logo: :logo:

basically they talk about how Peyton brings the organization back to how it was run when Elway was QB.
Then into the draft they talk about Defense and the need at DT... and a need at RB... and then the possibility of Elway looking at a QB to sit behind and develop behind Manning. thats more or less it.

The odds of drafting a 5 year starter at DT in the first round are approx 25%. You have better odds at drafting a 5 year starter at almost any other position other than DT. There is a reason we are thin at that position and that is because those guys are hard to find and harder to keep healthy. If you are looking to positively impact our team immediately with that pick Center has a much higher historical success rate.

Big big difference in prospect value between the two positions ... Occasionally you'll get players like Pouncey,Mangold that come around and warrant a first round selection .. But teams usually will not draft a center that high in the draft unless to fill an immediate void or need ...
Sure it could be debated that the Broncos need to replace Walton but he is the current starting OC and one the Broncos just spent a 3rd round pick on not to long ago ...
The reason why the Broncos are thin at the position is not because they're hard to find or keep healthy ..The reason why is you can count on one hand and have a couple fingers left over the times the Broncos have drafted the position in over a decade .
Players in bold are on some sort of active roster granted some room for error ..

I know hes played against crick and worthy and stuffed them both and to me that says one of 2 things:
1) Either worthy and crick suck....
or
2) Konz may just be that good.
I lean toward the later.
