Grade on pick 57 Brock Osweiler

He is really in a good situation right now. It's rare in todays NFL that a qb can sit and learn. Here's to hoping we found our future starting qb!

Who knows he could have been injured and that could have caused him to slide. He may have fallen apart and gone undrafted.

There's plenty of things that would determine where he goes next year, but if he would have continued to develop at a decent rate, then he probably would have.

There's going to be a lot of competition at QB next year for the first round. You could name probably about 5-6 guys who might be first round worthy passers after next season (Tyler Bray, Matt Barkley, Tyler Wilson, Landry Jones, and with good years Logan Thomas and Aaron Murray could jump into the draft as well).

I'll be really interested to see how that all turns out as there are plenty of moving parts, but Osweiler is a pretty special talent, and I'm happy we got him this year, with our 57th pick, and we can start the grooming process now.
