I've been throwing it around here and there. I got the idea when some were talking of him playing the Slot......receiver. So I laugh every time I see that mentioned.

Hopefully, somewhere out there is another Rod Smith. We can only hope!

      Great informative posts, BSD!

I think headless has more of a uphill battle the the rookies do, both rookie guards are power houses on the interior of the oline and if both impress I wouldn't be surprised we try to move kuper in a couple years do to his contract. One thing is obvious with the drafting of Franklin and Blake, plus the addition of the 2 UDFA that the team still wants to get bigger and stronger on the oline
A healthy Kenneth Dixon is a top 5 NFL RB.

I really like Wayne Tribute and Austin Wuebbles,i think both players make solid G depth.Maybe one or both players push for a starting spot on the OL,it may be a surprise to some if one of those players win a starting spot this season.I'm pulling for both players to make the team.

What happened to Adam Grant from last years UDFA pickup? Man the guy is huge, did we have him on the practice squad last year or was he a backup that never saw the field?

You can tell what the Broncos are looking for on the O-Line.

Most of the recent pickups on the line are average close to 320LBS. Good gosh are these guys big.

              Philip 6'2" 312
              Tribue 6'3" 329
              Grant 6'6" 325

Beadles and Walton better look out, they are light weights compared to these other guys.

This looks pretty good! Like the LB's you chose a lot for the 3-4. I don't know much about Donnie Fletcher, but I think I'd have Coryell Judie on there.

I still can't believe Polk and Minnifield didn't get picked.

Some people on here had us taking Polk in the 2nd or 3rd.

I think injuries hurt both of them, but then again Ryan Broyles was injured and he still went in the second round. Broyles is a much better player than both of them though. I just don't think Polk is that good personally. He's just a straight line guy, with no wiggle. Yeah he runs hard, but so do a ton of other running backs that go late or get signed as UDFA's. Terrance Gannaway and Brandon Bolden are similar players and can do everything Polk can. Gannaway went in the 6th to NYJ and Bolden signed with NE as a free agent. To me Polk is just a plug. There were also reports that he looked fat and out of shape at the senior bowl, and I don't know if he'll hold up in the NFL for very long. I was glad we didn't draft him.

Why do people want Decker in the slot so much? Eddie Mac did just fine and you guys gush over the comparisons so why not keep him outside?

I wouldn't complain if the Broncos signed Burress but it just isn't necessary.

They already have two big receivers in Decker and Thomas, and Thomas can fly.

If they used him right I'd say yes but if they do truly use him as a 3-4 DE I'd run right at him every play
Wasn't Bruce Smith a 3-4 DE with the Buffalo Bills? Didn't he have 200 sacks?

                          Just checking.

Since we are overreacting here, should we start a thread about will Richardson succeed? I mean he fumbled the first 2 snaps today...

He won't succeed. I don't ever see him being worth the 3rd pick in the draft.

He better rush for 2000 yards and have 500 yards receiving every year IMO to earn that right.
