Well yes and no, you have to be 3 years removed from your graduating class. Dion Lewis declared as a true sophmore, after a year of secondary high school. I dont know whether or not this is the case with Carey.

I'm not a huge stepfan taylor fan. He is solid, but I don't see too much playmaking ability outside of that. I know I'm one of the few. We all have our own intuitions.

How is there no chance when he could become the best RB in the draft if he came out. Ronnie Hillman came out after a huge year as a sophomore. I guess we will revisit this thread when players start declaring

Stepfan is damn good!

Very frustrating player for USC in his career, he has great power in his legs but can be slippery as well. Just good at breaking tackles. Also a pretty patient runner.

I'd love to see him in Denver.
