  • Our Division Rivals Should Have Three Selections in the Top 10

And quite possibly number 1 and 2 overall. They'll likely find a way to waste the talent (well, surely the Raiders will), but it's still a worrisome prospect. Who do you think the new faces will be next year?

Kansas City will likely have a Top 3 pick, but Oakland's not. Jacksonville's worse than them.

I expect KC to take Geno Smith. I have a bad feeling Oakland will take Manti Teo.

AWTA, Oakland will proberly take T'eo. They need someone like him at MLB and on the defence.

Oakland would be foolish to pass on Teo so they probably will. Not really, I think he goes to Oakland. KC needs a a QB but I don't think they take one at the top of the draft. None of the QBs in this draft look all that great to me. Kc might to trade out of their spot and move down. They might also take Teo and put him next to Derrick Johnson.

I could see KC go elsewhere, not QB in Rd 1 and get a QB in the 2nd.

Oak, who knows, they need a pass rusher.

SD could finish out of the Top 10, their final 3 games are Oak, Jets, and Car, 3 very winnable games. They need a franchise LT the most.

If it was last year with Luck and Griffin it would be a disaster !

but the QB's this year have big question marks

Lucky for us it's a bad year to have a top pick.

I'd imagine San Diego will draft TAMU's RT, Oakland could go any number of directions, and KC needs a QB.

So Jake Mathews, Manti Te'o, and Tyler Wilson would be my guesses.

                KC picks Geno Smith/Tyler Wilson
OAK picks Manti Te'o/Star Lotulelei/Johnathan Hankins
                SD picks Jake Matthews/DJ Fluker

Oakland picking Te'o would really sting us for years.

At the moment it looks like -

                  KC - Pick 1, Oakland - Pick 3, SD - Pick 9. I would go -

KC - G Smith.......................... depending on combine/pro day. not convinced but he has potential

                  Oakland - Teo, MLB

                  SD - The top LT

I hope KC decides not to draft Geno Smith. I think he'll be a very solid nfl starter

I think KC will go with Geno Smith. Oak will either go Star Lotulelei or Manti. Chargers maybe Taylor Lewan, or Jake Matthews.

KC is at the point where they have to take a QB, so Tyler Wilson is what I'm thinking ATM. Oakland.... I don't even want to attempt to guess what they'll do. Matt Barkley will probably be too convincing for them to pass on lol.

And SD has to go OL IMO.

Not worried about Geno, personally. Tavon Austin and Stedman Bailey make him look better than he really is in my opinion. If you look at WVU, they throw a lot of screens and short passes that Tavon and Bailey then gain a lot of yards.

Personally, I'm more worried about Tyler Wilson. He looks like a very solid NFL QB, very raw prospect, but he makes every throw and has decent size and arm strength.

As for the Raiders I think they go with either Lotulelei or Te'o, they have a GM that knows about football now. I don't think Davis Jr. is making decisions now.

The Chargers I think they'll go with Matthews, if he comes out, or the top WR. With Norv and Co. out of San Diego, and maybe the whole organization as well, the Chargers might start making decent decisions.

RGIII had one of the better teams last year with YAC and Baylor threw an absurd amount of screen passes. Screen, screen, QB rollout to get the defense to commit and throw it over a LBs head. Screen, Screen, Shoulder fake left screen and then rifle the ball deep down the right sideline for a deep bomb. I think Geno Smith is going to be good. Pretty darn good. I think it definitely helps with the talent he has but just like they help him, he helps them. He can be extremely accurate and makes good decisions. I guess we will see here soon.

I'm not concerned with the Raiders taking Te'O. This isn't basketball, adding one super star is not going to turn your team around. Ask the Lions. Also, I would love to see our division be more competitive. These wins mean so much more when our division rivals aren't bottom of the barrel.

I'm not worried about Geno to be honest. I think at best he's another Joe Flacco. I don't see him being an elite QB, and his ceiling isn't as high as Luck's or RG3's IMO.

I would even take Osweiler over Smith if I had to choose between both right now.
