in 4 years he has missed 22 games. thats almost 1 1/2 seasons. how is that not injury prone? he only has one full 16 game season and that was 2009. i just dont know if he can be the workhorse and stay healthy...he hasn't done it yet.

also hes never really had fumbling issues, in 4 years hes had 7 lost 6. by comparison in two years with us mcgahee has 8 lost 7.

again i like moreno, just hope he stays healthy, dont think he will. Did you see him getting checked on he sideline? already something bugging him.

i have to agree Knowshon Moreno is not my fav. but I think he has eraned his spot for the rest of this year and next the only backs i like late are

      Marcus Lattimore
      Rex Burkhead
      Dennis Johnson KR/PR

We have a cut back in Knowshon (no longer no-show for now) and a change of pace back in Hillman, what we need is Powerback that can replace Ball and eventually McGahee. Ed Lacy is the best power back who can hit home runs, Bells is not much worse. Ball is another who could be a power back and we cant count out Christine Michael. Ild take Lattimore, if he proves he can heal by participating in pro day or combine

I have to admit now, Knowshon has won me over. I do not think we should waste a draft pick on a RB. Maybe snag Lattimore if a falls, or maybe Knile Davis in the 7th (based on potential), but surely not in the first 3 rounds or as a big move in FA.

First of all he hasn't missed 22 games. He's missed 20. 8 of those were from being inactive this year, not due to injury. The real number is 12 games missed due to injury in 3 seasons, 9 of which occurred last year due to a torn ACL.

Count me in as being won over by KM, not just with his play, but the professionalism he displayed while inactive. No need to draft a RB really.

For a late round pick he has good potential, even with his injury history.

hahaha cause being just straight inactive is better then being injured...you are right on the 20 tough, i miss counted.

Many do like him and think his speed might propel him a bit further, I just wish the coach didnt sit on him this year. Still yeah his injury history reminds me of Mathews (though AP had similar problems).

You said he was injury prone and counted the games he was inactive to try and back that up. I agree that he's injury prone but only missing 12 games due to injury in 3 seasons isn't that bad when you had a torn ACL that was the reason for 75% of those games.

Still feel the same way about Bush and not pursuing him this offseason? I think it would be a good pick up.... another good performance today he's raising his stock though with 100+ yard day and 3 tds....

Not going to lie, Bush would be great for our offense, but at the same token, we have to develop our own guy (Hillman) and hope he comes close to that level of play. I think he has it in him, he needs to add about 10 pounds and maintain his explosion if he wants to do it, though. (He also needs protection experience and experience in general, but that's given)

DJ for Beanie, yep would do that trade in a heartbeat. Both have a year left on their contracts and AZ could use DJ next to Washington (Lenon is 35). Wells would give us a power back and save us 8M by trading DJ (who I think will not be back) and cutting McGahee.
