A bust to who? Just a few years ago he was a top 5 run stuffer. Glenn Dorsey has been miscast in the 3-4. When Dorsey was at LSU he absolutely dominated as a DT in their 4-3 scheme. No one could block him, even when he was playing through his back and knee injury. He's coming from a place where he was misused and he's coming off a year where he was put on IR with a calf injury. He will come cheap and really would be a smart signing for us because how much havoc he is capable of causing on the interior, especially with Dumervil and Miller getting so much attention.

@samparnell and @killacal i would draft or find FA that is better OT to back Clady. Who would you replace justin with.
@98_Elway_drive Hartline can line up in the slot or as a number two, or we can play decker in the slot he would be our wes. If we can pick up Maualuga, johnson and Byrd we can play a 3- 4 def. Our linebackers would be DJ, Von Miller, Woodyard and Maualuga.

Jesse Williams is a guy that can stuff the run and collapse the pocket. He was athletic enough to play DT, DE, and FB at Alabama. He's going to be a good NT in the NFL.

I did look at him. I just thought we needed an OL that could help now, not just for depth. Thanks for the replies.

i dont think we should get rid of chris clark, but tracy porter didnt really show us much if we resign him it would have to be at a cheap rate

We don't need Dallas Clark. If anything we need youth at TE. If we get a Hartline we don't need to resign Stokley for sure. I want nothing to do with Glenn Dorsey! He's a bust! The players on your F/A list I like the most are Michael Johnson and Byrd! if we get these guys, it's on! our pass rush would be devastating! And our secondary would immediately be set! Byrd in my opinion is the best FS in football!

Poyer breaks on the ball faster. Break on the ball means getting from one spot to another to make a play on the ball tip or pick. Amerson rarely breaks on the ball because he is already inside. If

I don't want Justin Bannan to resign.

If you let Chris Clark go, who do you have as backup T?

    First ever mock draft

So here I go, first mock I've done so be gentle. Imo, broncos trade out of the first round again unless some crazy drop happens with a top ranked prospect, Not likely though. They pick up a 2nd and 3rd maybe a fourth instead, let's go with a 2nd and 3rd though.
2.a.Kyle long -OL,Oregon. Kid has got the pedigree to be great. He's huge at 6'7 315 pounds, light on his feet with that size and he would instantly start.
2.b. A DT. This draft seems so deep at this position that I think we can get a starter in rounds 1-4. For argument sake I put us taking one here. Sharriff Floyd or john Jenkins, kawann short, Sylvester Williams, there's a lot.
3.a.Blidi Wreh-Wilson-CB, UConn. 6'2(as he is listed on UConn's website) 195. Great size, good footwork, good cover skills, plays well against the run and can get the ball back for our offense. I like him more than amerson and player.
3.a. looking at this, swap this pick and that last one. I assume we get another 3rd rounder for trading back, and we grab Ryan Swope. Every mock I've seen has us grabbing him, so I agree. Then we grab Blibi.
4.a. Here's where I'm curious. Do we spend a fourth on an injured Marcus Lattimore?? I think we could probably get him later. So here I'm going to go with....drum roll please,
Tyrann Mathieu-FS, LSU. I think after that last game Broncos look to bring in a safety, I mean a real good one via free agency. But this kid finds ways to get the ball. I really don't think he'll go earlier than this. To small, to much time away from the game and character issues will keep teams from looking his way before this point.
5.a. Now let's get Lattimore. I don't think we'll have our sixth because of the bunkley trade. 7th round who care. I know I didn't pick any ILB. That's because we have Irving, Trevathan, and others I think the coaches are leaning towards. Same with the TE. Green was starting to get used a lot toward the end of the season. Tamme and Dreessen aren't going anywhere. Who knows what we have in Thomas?! As far as free agents, I know Broncos will free up money and be aggressive if they feel there is someone there who can really make an impact now. DT Melton, FS Byrd, those kind of guys. But tell me what you think about this. McGahee is old, we need another bruiser. I know he really has done much sense he left, but Peyton Hillis is a free agent. He should come somewhat cheap considering the lack of production sense his one good year with the Browns. He was great for us when we used him correctly. Just an idea. Let me know what you think of all this mess. GO BRONCOS!!!
