  • Titus Young

Earlier this week, Lions wide receiver Titus Young took to Twitter to say that he would retire from football if he didn’t get the ball more often. That missive was met with a response from coach Jim Schwartz that consisted of the relatively reasonable response that it was a bad idea to go on Twitter to [more]

Can't believe some Bronco fans wanted this guy. Geez, talk about a headcase.

Been saying it on Titus threads all year long. Dude shouldn't even be in the NFL anymore. But someone on this site said "Maybe a change of scenery will change him..." Guy is a complete self ass.

The nerve of him to put Hall Of Fame. Titus will never sit in the sets of Canton, let alone be enshrined.

Thing is after the Lions cut Young someone will sign him. He is talented.............a headcase, but a talented headcase.

Don't act like Jim Schwartz hasn't pushed him this far. Schwartz has been testing and antagonizing him for awhile now, there's no way he deserves to be a head coach if he is going to run his team like this.

I don't like Schwartz, I've argued with numerous Lion fans that Ford should have fired him and the GM. Otherwise they will never get over the hump, which is sad because Detroit has talent...just undisciplined talent and poorly coached.

Calvin Johnson will be just like Larry Fitzgerald. A remarkable wide out, good character, but no ring.

Does that mean he can be signed by any team now or does he still have to wait until free agency starts March 12.

I can see the Patriots taking a chance on him if he clears waivers which he most likely will

Except for the fact that he was like this in college too....

Former Lions WR Titus Young recently told his high school coach that he's better than Calvin Johnson.
"He did tell me he thought he was just as good Megatron," E.C. Robinson recalled late last month. "I said, 'Titus, come on.' I said, 'Come on, man. Who you talking to?' I said, 'Come on, you’re as good as that guy? This guy is the real deal.' And he really believes this. And he was sincere about it. 'Ah man, I'm better than him.'" If Young is unwilling to play second fiddle to this generation's greatest wideout, he's going to have a hard time fitting in many receiving corps around the league. He'll need to at least fake an attitude adjustment before signing on with a new team.

                            Titus Young cut again?

The Rams are declining to comment on the odd report that surfaced this morning saying they would release receiver Titus Young today, just 10 days after they claimed him off waivers from the Lions.PFT reached out to the Rams this morning when the talk of Young being released first surfaced, and the team told us [more]
