If we draft a CB to eventually replace Bailey, Rhodes or Trufant may be available in the first round. Otherwise, we can get a decent third/backup CB like Khaled Wooten in the mid to late rounds.
We have some cap room, but we haven't made any cuts yet, so who knows.

I don't see Rhodes being there, especially since he ran a 4.4, Trufant MIGHT be there but we can get a CB later on.

Absolutely. I wonder what he would be looking at on the open market though.

Aqib Talib would be a great pickup. He has the ability to shut down WRs and can take over for Champ. If we pick up Talib I don't think we need to take a CB this year.

I don't think we'll go after Cox, but I do think Knighton and Daryl Smith are probably going to be looked at. Smith would be a good veteran option to compete with Irving for the MLB spot. Plus adding him would give us the ability to run a full on 3-4 defense. I'm not saying we'll switch to it, but we do run it quite a bit already and Smith is a very good veteran LB.

I'm prrrrrretty sure FO won't touch Talib with his off field history. They're signing/drafting high character guys without off field problems, that isn't Talib. But i definately would NOT have a problem getting Daryl Smith and/or Knighton, I think both could help us out a ton up the middle.

I don't think that the FO is opposed to bringing in players with off field problems, they just want to get a feel for them to see if they've matured and put it past them.
