  • Rolando McClain

Rolando McClain cut by the Raiders apparently to save some money. This guy was by far my favorite player to watch when we play the Raiders. I thought he was the best player on their team from what I was seeing.

I'm all for Irving getting a chance but this guy is a great young talent and is only 23 years old. Whoever picks him up is going to get a great player.

Wasn't a fan of when he came out. When he came out he was constantly out of position in the run game, the pass game, he rarely squared up often making arm tackles. It's hard to talk me into this kid because then I've heard he's had locker room problems and from what I have heard has done little on the football field to prove he belongs. I think he needs to play in a 3-4.

This guy certainly showed a lot of talent in college and many mocked him to Denver. Luckily they were wrong! IF we could sign him to a cheap "show me" contract then he is worth giving him a second chance but I think he will want the big money and the risk is way too high.

The guy has been nothing short of a bust both on and off the field. I wouldnt want to deal with him as a person unless he was a pro bowl player...But since the guy is a marginal starter in the NFL....I say no way in hell would I give him a moment of thought
Thanx Blondie79 for the sweet Sig....Love it and I will rock it with pridesigpic

I think was no doubt the player that we were targeting....But oakland saved us on that one, and we started trading back....Guess that is a good thing for us since our 1st basically turned into DT and TT

It's hard to say he is a busy because he did have a pretty good season last year. They guy needs to come to a place like Denver who is loaded with leaders and our defensive staff is one of the best but I bet he ends up in Baltimore, Washington or like a jets that need help at LB.
A healthy Kenneth Dixon is a top 5 NFL RB.

lol wut. He had a horrible year. Wasn't even their best linebacker. Wheeler was better.

Wasn't good in coverage and missed a lot of tackles. Best fit for him is in a 3-4 team like Ravens. A guy raider fans called Slo Mo Ro.

I really liked him out of college. Thought he was going to be a beast. But I would say NO.

                    Denver hardly needs linebackers.

I think we need to get over the randy moss stigma of "Well he just didn't play well with the raiders because it's the raiders." That's the exception, not the rule

He wasn't cut to save money, he was cut because he told the Raiders he was mentally done with them in the middle of the season last year. He was essentially replaced by a rookie LB in Miles Burris. And no I don't want him anywhere near here unless he's visiting with another team. Also he's likely to be suspended after being arrested in January and providing the police with a false name. And how can we forget this?

The majority of Raider fans are hoping he signs with an AFC West team so they can face him twice a year. That should tell you something.

Reggie McKenzie actually took fairly significant cap hit to cut him. The Raiders are paying more (cap wise) to have him not play this year than they would be paying if they had kept him. That should also tell you something.
