Or Jacobs familiarity with the offense so it makes a transition easy. Whereas with McGahee it could take a couple weeks to get him up to speed.

There have been players who made it in the CFL, then made it in the NFL. Brandon Browner, CB for Seattle, as well as Fred Taylor, the RB for the Bills. In the past, there were Warren Moon and Doug Flutie, among others.

Some CFL players turned down chances to play in the NFL, like Jon Cornish.

gred jackson played infoor football never played in the cfl and still moved over to the nfl at a younger age. 25-26 would be the oldest i'd look for a running back not currently in the nfl
