Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Has anyone heard any new news about Brandon Stokley?
I know that he still is a free agent, but are any teams interested in him?
I mean, he played on the best offense in the NFL last year and gets cut after Welker comes to town and now he's not even with a team!
:usa:***GOD BLESS OUR MEN AND WOMEN IN THE ARMED FORCES***:usa:
I mean, maybe sometimes rarely does Manning make a receiver look good.
On a serious note, Stokley was pretty much on the verge of retiring before last season. Stokley enjoyed a nice season thanks to the work that Manning did and their pre-existing chemistry. Stokley didn't do anything after his 2009 stint with Denver. He had minimal impact with the Seahawks, Giants, and I believe the Redskins.
There may be a reason why teams haven't signed the 37-year old slot receiver who came off a good 50+ catch season.
I hope noone hires him. If there are injury problems he'd be a perfect solution later in the season. - or whenever for that matter
So hopefully no one feels the need to offer him a contract.
Bite your tongue. Do not say the I word....

The Bronco fan pledge;
I am a Broncos Fan and I believe
I believe in Mile High Magic and bleed Orange and Blue.
I celebrate the Orange Crush, The Drive, and the Mile High Salute.
I create the THUNDER, share the common dream, and will forever be a proud citizen of
Bronco's Country.
I personally think the Patriots should sign him. He has familiarity in a offense similar to the Patriots. Plus with the weapons Brady lost, I don't know why they won't sign him.

He always has a choice. He can say, "No, thank you."
If he wants to keep playing and the Pats were the only team that wanted him. If he wanted to remain playing in the NFL, and the Pats were the only team wanting him, he'd join.
