Shilique Calhoun as a LDE or Solb would be great either way. its where he is gonna get the mismatches on the feild and plays that in the spartans. strahan played LDE most his year and look at those 2 players

when millers lining up at de he is lde. its stupid he should b e at RDE him he is online. Derek Wolfe at RDE and Miller at LDE, just doesn't make sense to me

Idk if we go high for a pass rusher, especially since it really looks like we may be turning towards a more traditional 3-4 team. We have a lot of depth at pass rusher next year as we roll into training camp but this is the toughest upcoming draft to try and pick a spot where we need to go in the first round.

Agreed and pass rushers are easy to find anywhere in the draft, an elite lineman is hard to find. I think if we cant get Cyril or Gabe, we draft Kenarious Gates and move him inside, hes big athletic and shows promise but his footing seems to be horrible for the OT position and perhaps moving inside can fix that. If Sentrel didnt have his personality issues Ild love to see him at G and insurance for our LT, because lets be honest Clark is becoming an eye sore on to many plays to count. Yes hes doing well for a scrub but every sack fumble has come on the blind side. A hobbled Franklin is doing better then him

Though as far as moving to the 3-4 I like to stick with the spread D even if Del Rio leaves. Its come a long way and Knighton is not as good at being an immovable object as he is at being a dynamic NG, hes great for a spread D or a tampa 2 but he struggles at times in a 4-3 and will struggle in a 3-4. That and we wont likely have the MLB's fot it, and besides finding abother Stud/Leo to replace Dumervil (as required in the spread D) weve drafted more traditional DE's who even played DT in college.

Andrew Jackson or Greg Blair could be an ILB in 4-3 or 3-4 system, Blair is more dynamic and can penetrate the backfield a bit better then Jackson who is more suited for filling gaps
