I was open to it before the draft, but after the draft I am very happy with Barrow and no longer think the headache is worth it.

I just do not see Irving as the solution as middle linebacker. now if Miller moves to DE and Irving starts at SOLB I could see him starting and being effective that way.

Interesting concept but would teams run all over us with Ware and Miller as bookend DE's?

I like the idea on third and long but I am not sure it is a good idea on 1st and 10.

By the way…I moved V Miller to DE on Madden…lol.

I have patiently been doing this for 3 YEARS
I hope Irving steps up and Barrow could be a ST player/Will/Mike. Remember if Danny T goes down we need a speed backer at WLB. Sign Henderson to league minimum and we have a proven experience d vet that will probably WIN the Mike Backer job and if not can back up whoever does win

Miller will be moved to DE on passing downs. In your base defense, the DEs will be Ware/Wolfe. That Lenon experiment was disastrous. This is JDR third year implementing his defense with more toys to play with. There is a reason Henderson is still available.

He was a top 10 MLB last year though like Irving didnt do much in his first 3 years, averaging only 8 solo tackles a year and thats it. After that hes had 54 solo tackles a year 2.5 sacks, 2.5 PD's, 5 QB Hits, and 9 TFL. He was given time to develop and came alive last year being the best year yet

Though most teams wouldnt have given him so much time to develop if he wasnt the brother of EJ

Yeah its called 2 DUI arrests in 3 months few teams want a leader with a track record like that. Hes been available for 3 months and there arent any takers for good reason

Miller has played with his hand in the dirt for us before hes usually our Stud LB and on 5 lineman rotations and when the stud DE drops back he does move up.

It is one thing to have a guy who is trying to turn himself around like Miller it is quite another to jump into bes with a guy who is on the down-hill spiral. No thanks

Depending on how his latest DUI turns out I think it would be a good signing - we won't do it, never seem to add these guys with issues though (not a bad thing for the team). I have watched him many times with the Vikes and he is an impact 3-down guy.
