Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

It's looking more and more like Fuller will be gone by 31. So if Denver wants to go Corner at 31 would you prefer Bradley Roby or Jason Verrett? Both Have tons of ability and athleticism, But Verrett will be questioned due to his size, and Roby's desire and work ethic are questions as well.
Thought popped up from a discussion in the draft/free agency thread and figured I'd just give it it's own thread.
I'm not sure I'd give either one the edge in speed. Roby ran a 4.39, Verrett 4.38. Those are 40 times, but still, I don't see a huge difference on film either.
The way I see it is like Smoke said, Verrett is more technically skilled right now, but Roby because of his size has a pretty big advantage that way. In my opinion they are about on the same level athletically.
Verrett is the better corner. He probably the best cover corner in the draft. But he is small. I love his play. I think though with elway wanting to get bigger and tougher that we would take roby.
So far:
FA- Melvin Gordon. Brandon Scherff
1. Kenneth Murray LB; 2. Shenault WR; 2B. Biadazz Center, 3. OT
1. Don't think Fuller is gone by our pick 2. Verrett.
I hope you are right. But Fuller is shooting up draft boards and teams like him more by the day. Some teams with early picks in the second round might even trade into the back end of the first to get him. I saw plenty last year about how Xavier Rhodes would be a early second round pick and he went like 23 overall. So you never know.
I doubt Fuller is gonna go top 20. Probably 22 to 28 or so. I count at least 4 teams picking there that need a corner, and I'm pretty sure Dennard will be a top 20 pick. So unless those teams like Verrett and Roby more than Fuller (unlikely) that's where I see him likely going.
Roby. He has a much higher ceiling, imo. Don't think I would take either of them at 31 though.
I agree that Roby should be the pick and that he has a much higher ceiling, but I don't think its a reach at 31. Roby's draft stock was much higher last season; many say he would have been the highest graded corner if he could have entered the 2013 draft.
I also think that Gilbert, Dennard, and Fuller will all be gone by the time #31 comes up. I could see 3 corners going in the top 20, but if not I doubt the third corner gets past the Bengals.
