what the links show is a kid with a gargantuan personality..no stage is too big...anyone watching those videos doesn't see a darker skinned Brett Favre ain't watching. Parcells says he knew udfa Romo would be his starter as soon as he saw his ego/confidence at his rookie camp. People questioned Elway and Bradshaws IQ till the 4th quarter. Watch college games/interviews of Peyton Manning, Brady, Rodgers and Brees..even in college they oozed confidence/ego. I see the same pesonality in Cardale Jones...

not a Broncos fan but rooting for Manning...already know I'm right I'm right bout Jones...just waiting to see which team will be lucky enough to draft him
Didn't ask for your opinion on Miller, don't care if you think he's overrated. He's better than Jones.

Congrats, you guessed something that majority of the people on this forum including myself guessed. Only people that thought Gabbert would be good was Jacksonville.

I predicted Denver would trade for Brady Quinn, I guess that makes me a guru on NFL trades.

Comparing Jones to Favre is about as dumb as comparing Ricky Rubio to Lebron James.

You know QBs? How much money is NFL teams paying you as a scout?

And comparing yourself to Parcells is like me comparing myself to MLK just because I'm black and believe in equal rights....

fun discussion even if the above poster seems very angry
look at Cardale Jones measureables, arm strength, height, weight, speed...based purely on those tangibles the #1 prospect in the entire draft and best QB prospect since Cam Newton..question is far does he fall? Answer..not very

based on personality has that je ne sais quoi that all the great ones have...

I don't come across prospects like him very often..some team will be very lucky..and as I said in my mock Elway will see a lot of himself when watching Jones... Add Elway might be my favorite GM in the NFL..he gets it. Expect he will be taking a very close look at Jones because he knows Brock Osweiler ain't the long term answer

again watch that come from behind victory by Cardale Jones in that national championship game...watch his 3rd down runs/passes the kid is the real deal.

You talk about 4th Quarter IQ while ignoring the fact that Cardale only managed to get 2 TDs in the 4th his entire career with a 47% accuracy last year (when he was so amazing). You have a guy like Goff who when he was in had 77 1st downs in the 4th quarter in 22 games over 2 years compared to 12 in 15 games Cardale had with better talent around him. When the games are closer his accuracy seems to also go down and fluctuates tremendously. These are not signs of a player ready for the next level

Not to mention his 3rd down percentage was nearly 1/3, which is down from 50% last year. (Gunner Kiel was the best on 3rd Downs and yet he was smart to return and work on his issues)

If there is a talent whose coming out early that will amaze Elway Paxton Lynch will likely be that guy

You claiming you know qbs doesn't prove you do. As of now, you've shown that you aren't too bright. But 5 years from now, if cardale is signing a huge contract, I'll look back and think, well I was wrong, he was right. But, doubtful. You don't know as much as you think you know.

Very true! But most of us are giving opinions as fans. This guy is putting it out there like he's some qb guru and that he "knows qbs" because he watches highlights lmao.

Confidence and cockiness are two different things. Jones is cocky and him coming out after being benched proves it. he's more like RG3 or Vince Young than Cam Newton. Yeah he has good height, speed, and arm strength but his mechanics are awful and he can't read a coverage to save his life or draft stock. JT Barrett is the better QB now and he will be better in the NFL, which probably isn't saying much when all is said and done

Cardale has comeback wins in college, and is the answer

Brock comes back against NE and Cincy, and isn't the long term answer?
What's the difference between ignorance and apathy?
                    I don't know and I don't care

But Jones was just handing it off to Elliot, clearly he's better...

So because we disagree with you and don't buy into your self proclamation, we are angery and uncivil? Right.
