    Dustin Colquitt: $4.1 million
Jamaal Charles: $6.2 million (just under but I rounded down for a couple others)

Those 5 moves get them $24 million and change in cap space, plus the $5 million they already have. And depending on if they want to make a surprise splash, Alex Smith would be another $9.2 million in space, although that would most definitely go to someone like Romo.
I could see that happening and I definitely think they'll free up a ton of cap Space just to make a run at Romo

I could see them offering Romo (despite saying they won't be in on him) a 2 year $30 million deal, $5 million 1st year salary, $15 million signing bonus, and then a $10 million second year salary. That allows them to pay Romo $20 million this year, take a $12.5 million cap hit in year 1 and then if they decide to move on for whatever reason, they only take a $7.5 million cap hit in year 2. If he plays well and they keep him it's a $17.5 million cap hit in year 2, which is what they'd be paying Alex Smith anyways, and is about market for this QB.
