Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

So with all the Tony Romo talk lately it seems like we've forgotten about another top free agents across the league. The Baltimore Ravens reported on Thursday that he will not use the franchise tag on Brandon Williams however they do wish to retain him.

I know everybody around here wants Tony Romo and a lot of us also want Callais Campbell which would be devastating for opposing offenses parity next to Derek Wolfe and Von Miller however when you think about the top dollar for a defense event compared to a nose tackle there is a huge difference and I actually think if the Broncos are willing to spend the money that it takes to pay the top nose tackle they would actually be saving a lot more than that of what it would take to Saint Claire's Campbell.
Brandon Williams is a bad dude and he seems to have a good locker room personality I really hope John Elway pursues this scenario it makes a strong push out Brandon Williams.
If Williams is looking for a big payday I would let him find it elsewhere. I would rather have a cheaper run stuffer in Logan. Then I would draft DJ Jones. He looked really good at the combine for someone at 319.
Looks like Williams is projected to be around 4 years, 38 million. Pretty spendy, if true and Campbell could be landed for 12, I say it's a no brainer.

I'd rather discuss O-Line and D-Line FA's but Romo news keeps flooding out there and I am not seeing much about linemen. Which kind of sucks because the line FA's are more important to me, especially O-Line.

I have heard a number of reports saying we ate targeting Whitworth, Zietler, Lang, Leary, Campbell, and Romo. Haven't heard many other names directly connected to Denver.

I've seen a few mentions of those names but the Romo hype is ever present. I think I'm just getting itchy for free agency to start and I have no feel whatsoever for the draft this year. It's frustrating.
