  • High production low character guys

Who are some high production guys that have a troubled past that you see falling majorly in this draft?

    Tim Williams

    Jalen Tabor

    Joe Mixon

Are 3 guys who interest me. More Mixon this kid could be special. & Tabor I think this kid could really produce after 1-2 years behind our guys.

No I'm not saying let's bring a handful of punks onto our team. But there has to be 5-10 really talented guys who have made mistakes like Roby that will cause their stock to drastically fall.

Might add Rueben Foster to your list. I would take him instantly though. Joe Mixon may last to round 3-4 the other guys will go 1-2 RD. Garret Bolles was a mess before he got his life together. I doubt that affects his status though

Yea Foster seems to be adding more and more issues. If he fell to 20 I would be so happy.

I'm not a fan of Tabor at all. Mixon, sure...and of course Foster if he fell. In just really not impressed with the top prospects at CB. Safeties....I'm obsessed with this year. Just not a huge fan of the top 5 CBs this year.

I wouldnt mind Tabor, but I would take Wilson over him.

Ya just have to ask why they have character concerns

Overly passionate? Too aggressive? That can be focused and honed on football for good if they are a bottom line more good than bad person. Ie Blount or Talib

The bad teammate or careless or selfish ego stuff is cancerous

Tim Williams comes off as a big no to me-- careless

Swag Kelly might be someone who cares too much. Too passionate, insane, believes he's god, etc. Give him a coach who believes in him he'll flourish. Treat him like a boy and he'll blow up

Foster barking at a hospital attendant? Too much, but he meant well. Not a big concern

Shane Ray fell because he toked up at a stupid time. Big mistake but harmless. Just stupid. He still loves football. Great pick and silly he fell so far

Mixon might not be a horrible dude but there's still going to be peers of his that don't respect him. Uphill battle and dividing locker room factor. Reasonable he falls

            What's Tabor's problems?

The hypocrisy of this post. Not too long ago someone brought up the idea of bringing in Ray Rice and the forum was in an uproar, and all of a sudden were hoping Mixon makes it to 20?

I don't even care about what Mixon did I just feel like he steps into the locker room and u get 2 sides.

One side of guys that can give him another chance

One side of guys that hate him

That's why I don't think his talent is worth a selection

Yeah I definitely agree that drafting mixon would polarize the locker room, which I don't agree with.

I'd rather sign "low charter guys" like Ray and Prescott. What they did is minuscule compared to what Mixon did.

Dion Dawkins and Haason Reddick got in trouble in Philly and got suspended from Temple for a while along with some form of probation from the court.

Yes me, too. I think they could both start for Denver this year, but it would probably take the first and second round picks to get them, #20 and #51. It would address two areas of need with quality prospects.

Absolutely. I just don't know if Dawkins falls that far he tested really well physically this weekend.

Yes, Dawkins seems like he could play any O-Line spot except Center. He might be there at #51. If Elway & Co. really wanted to get him, they could trade up a few spots.

If Vick can get a second chance anybody can. Unless its something really really bad like killing someone but then again Dante stallworth got a second chance from that. A part of me feels like players that care or would be bothered are in the minority of those in the locker room. I think there is a big difference between being a bad teammate and locker room cancer and being a bad person or someone that makes the wrong choices outside the locker room.
