The video is what makes it tough for second chances. Look at all of the things Ray Rice has done since he punched his fiancee, he's worked big time to make amends for that, to the point where the NFL has discussed hiring him to go to the teams and talk to players about what he did and why it was wrong. But he can't get a sniff in the NFL again, yes he was bad the last time he played, but even bad RBs have had workouts (Justin Forsett this year as an example) but because there's a video, he's toxic.
Mixon will get drafted, but whoever does it needs to have the blessings from ownership and they need to know that video is going to be shown everywhere for a few weeks after the draft, and will linger over the team for training camp.
