I think there is a big difference between being a bad teammate and locker room cancer and being a bad person or someone that makes the wrong choices outside the locker room.
The video is what makes it tough for second chances. Look at all of the things Ray Rice has done since he punched his fiancee, he's worked big time to make amends for that, to the point where the NFL has discussed hiring him to go to the teams and talk to players about what he did and why it was wrong. But he can't get a sniff in the NFL again, yes he was bad the last time he played, but even bad RBs have had workouts (Justin Forsett this year as an example) but because there's a video, he's toxic.

Mixon will get drafted, but whoever does it needs to have the blessings from ownership and they need to know that video is going to be shown everywhere for a few weeks after the draft, and will linger over the team for training camp. And if the guy ever does anything again, the front office may end up losing their jobs because of it, even with ownership signing off on it. That video makes him very very toxic.

I see him being picked just outside the top 10 still

Really depends how many QBs are picked in the first 15 picks. I'm hoping 2, 3 would be amazing.

I honestly think the only reason rice didn't get another shot is because he was on the back end of his career, 3ypc not worth the trouble. But If he were coming off one of his all pro seasons with the 2k all purpose yards he would have been paying.

            Ray Lewis comes to mind.
