Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Browns have just released him because they picked up Njoku last night.
What are the chances we go after him? Has a Pro Bowl under his name and played well noting the fact the QB's who were throwing to him.
Does Elway give it a go?

I would hope so! We need a TE and one that can be a threat in the Redzone. He is one year removed for 1,000 yards 9 TDs. Plus, then we can focus our 2nd and 3rd round picks for different needs

I actually liked our late season pick up with AJ Derby and I think with Jeff Huerman and V. Green if used right I think we are actually looking decent with the TE position. I just think that V.Green has never been used right in what ever schemes Coach K drew up however I think with our new HC and new OC we will see V.Green and AJ Derby produce and if Jeff H can stay healthy then we might just be set.

I like derby too but the rest I am not too excited about. Green has outstayed his welcome. Hire an didn't do much and seems to be injury prone. Derby and barnage would be nice
Rumor has it Denver is pushing for a trade for Gronk, we shall see.
Where is that rumor coming from? I have a hard time with the thought that we would be able to pull that off and that the patriots would send him to us. I think its time for Green to go, Derby looks really promising he just was thrown right into action. But getting Barnidge on a team friendly deal would really help us.

Don't you think it was just a messed up offense scheme with our old Offensive Coordinator not having a clue how to use the TE's?
What's green excuse when McCoy was here before Gary system. Gary's system is suppose to help TEs
Gary's system did not help anyone that is for sure. The most painful offense to watch. I say you have to give Green more than 1 shot a game to catch a ball. Why not try it like 20 time a game then we could really tell if it is time to move on.

The problem with that is I don't want to see Green drop the ball 15 out of 20 times.....

Respect what you are saying however to be honest what system so far has been TE Friendly? I can say without a doubt it was not Gary's last year was it when McCoy was here if so I do not recall the TE being utilized instead DT and ES were being fed by PFM so I am looking to be enlighten.
