    Strengths:
Extremely patient in the pocket. Remains calm, keeps his eyes downfield and stands tall even as the pocket is collapsing around him. Impressive athlete; former minor-league baseball player. Can buy time with his feet and is also a threat to take off running. Impressive accuracy on all throws. Arm strength isn’t elite, but has more than enough strength to make all the throws. Does a nice job on play action and pump fakes. Plenty of experience; four-year starter. Made smooth transition from N.C. State to Wisconsin and clearly picked up Badgers offense quickly and excelled from the start. Strong fundamentals; nice over-the-top throwing motion minimizes impact of his height.

    Weakness:
Accuracy becomes shaky on the run; will miss some wide-open receivers when rolling outside the pocket (see first 2011 MSU game). Decision making typically strong, but does make some poor decisions under extreme pressure (took safety vs MSU by throwing ball away; also made uncharacteristic number of mistakes vs OSU, arguably best defense he faced in career). Undersized; a limited number of quarterbacks with his height excel at the next level.
    Obviously Russell Wilson
Personal goals: GOAL WEIGHT = 250lbs
Weight loss needed for FGW = 120 lbs
Weight lost so far: - 24 lbs

      Strengths:
      Play-maker
      Gunslinger attitude
      Instincts
Can be an accurate passer with good ball placement
      Throws receivers open
      Excellent touch passer
      Throws a very catchable ball
Superb ball placement and timing to lead receivers for yards after the catch
      Throws with good timing
      Mobility
      Escapability to extend plays
      Difficult to sack
Good at throwing on the run
Can pick up yards on the ground
Enough arm to make all the throws in the NFL
      Leadership potential

      Weaknesses:
      Undersized; shorter than ideal
      Poor footwork
Gets happy feet in the pocket
      Inconsistent field vision
Can have issues reading the field
Teams question how will he perform when forced to stay in the pocket?
Didn't play a lot of top competition
      Maturity
Will need more development for working under center
      Transition from a college-style to pro-style offense
I’m guessing Baker Mayfield, but if not Baker, I wonder if this is Drew Brees

The 1st 1 was Brees, 2nd was Baker and 3rd was Wilson. Not exactly a ringing endorsement for any and both Brees and Wilson were considered 2 to 4th round picks

I mean, I'll take Baker if that's what it comes to. I want Cousins and a stud defensive player @ 5

Sure would but I suppose it's important to note that I consider them a tier above Cousins. Especially Brees and Rivers. I've witnessed their primes so I would know what I'm paying for. All I've seen is three good years from cousins, I dot know if he'll continue that pace or drop the heck off..

Except they aren't a tier above. Cousins has consistently for the last three years performed at their level.

Your line of "all I've seen is three good years from cousins" he was named the starter full time 3 years ago, did you expect to see good years from him when he wasn't starting?

Over the last 3 years only 5 QB's have had over 4,000 yards each year, Cousins, Rivers, Stafford, Brees and Ryan.

                  Player A 13,693 yards 90TD 44 INTs
                  Player B 13,035 yards 85 TD 33 INTs
                  Player C 14,412 yards 92 TD 34 INTs
                  Player D 13,630 yards 79 TD 35 INTs
                  Player E 13,176 yards 81 TD 36 INTs

                  Player A is Rivers
                  Player B is Stafford
                  Player C is Brees
                  Player D is Ryan
                  Player E is Cousins

Explain to me what is so statistically different between those players and cousins? Why are they a tier above as you put it? You act like 3 years isn't very much time? That's a huge amount of consistency. That's enough to build a reliable statistical model off of. He's had those three very solid years with virtually no talent around him. The team he had this year was HORRIBLE they would have been a 2-3 win team without him carrying that team. Every other player on that list is surrounded by talented productive offensive players. If Kirk comes here, he too will be surrounded by talent, why would his production go down once he gets help from talented players on his offense? It makes no sense.
