  • Everything Combine

Really excited to check these guys out, see how fluid some of the OL guys are, see what off the radar dude becomes a combine hero and boosts his stock and hear what people are saying about guys in their meetings (member the other year it was leaked that Paxton was not impressive?)

    Let's gooooooo!!

My biggest hope for the combine is that Allen lights it up and some team (Not Denver) falls in love with his workouts. Then jumps ahead of us in fear of us taking him and letting 1 of the top 2 fall right to our lap. I also want to see how well Baker throws, if he shows better arm strength I wouldn't be upset if Denver chose him either.

It sucks I'm off Friday I really wanted to sit down and watch the quarterbacks Friday morning but we have to wait till Saturday morning. Well I'm off Saturday too but I just didn't want to have to wait an extra day LOL

          Big Winners I expect:
          DT Vita Vea
          LB Tremaine Edmunds
          RB Kalen Ballage

Guys with a big Combine could make serious money

CB Josh Jackson(if he runs fast, he is probably the top CB taken)
WR Cortland Sutton(same as Jackson in the WR)
LB RaShaan Evans (not talked about as much as the others, but a good combine vaults him into the conversation as the top guy taken)

          Money to lose
OT Orlando Brown (He's a big guy, and it's important to show his lateral quickness and short area quickness)
What's the difference between ignorance and apathy?
          I don't know and I don't care

I just read that sources say that Sam Darnold will not throw at the Combine however he will throw on his Pro Day March 22nd.

He's probably still nursing injures from the beating that Ohio State Dline put on him.

I hope it hurts his stock so the Broncos can draft him

I'm with you on Allen and I think there is a good chance that happens. We could pass on Allen for anyone and I'd be happy .

Also with a deep RB class I want to see good speed out of all of them. If Denver is indeed going to cut ties with CJ they will need to add a RB at some point during this draft.

I always look forward to The Combine! In the course of a few days, we often find out who is a legit prospect, who is on the rise, and who....sad to say, might be losing ground. Undoubtedly in time, character issues may arise, if not this coming week, before the draft. But the good news is that, we will likely become true believers in many of these young men, and we will grow to like them even more, as players and as people.

Thought Darnold would have the smallest hands, not sure why he fumbles so much

Could be, I’ve also seen that he doesn’t always grip the ball by the laces.
