Had not realized he had dropped that far. Broncos top of the third pick would be worth the risk on him IMO. To state the obvious, filling that RT spot is critical. His size and experience would certainly add to the mix.

Having Keenum in place gives the Broncos so many options in the draft. Several players at #5 that are intriguing as hell to me. No favorites all depends on who is there and which position the Broncos covet the most.

As much as I would love Barkely I do not see him being available at #5. And i see no reason to lock into any one RB by overdrafting one too high if not him. Any one of about five RBs that would be instant upgrades likely to be in play with the Broncos second rounder. One of them will be there.

Exactly right. Brown has very long arms on his 6-8 frame. In the BP, it's been true that the longer the arms, the fewer BPs. It's simply "Physics". He went from below average at the Combine to average at his pro-day. I've seen a few Mocks on the Internet that have Brown going to us in the 2nd Round.

Ereck Flowers had 37 bench-press reps. Does anybody want Flowers as your offensive tackle?

The Giants just replaced him with Nate Solder and his 21 reps.

Rob Havenstein, starting right tackle for the league's #1 scoring offense last season, had 16 reps.

But what makes me wary about that is that hes known to rely on his upper body strength to block with little hip movement. I dont recall him having a good day at the combine. Did he have a good pro day? I wouldnt mind him at all in the 3rd dont get me wrong

i'd give ereck a shot at our RT spot, but thats jsut cause it is so weak he may actually be an upgrade.

Size and strength are two different things.

You know talent well, What is your thought on the signing of Knappe? He graded a 78.1 in his only game with the falcons, but they needed to move him to DL when they had injuries so much like Garland was used here. I never hear anyone mention him much, but he looks good in my opinion.
