Agreed - we gave case a hella good deal with over 25 million guaranteed. That’s not a bridge QB deal - that’s a “prove it deal”. We absolutely take Barkley, nelson, chubb or fitz in that order now. One of them is guaranteed to fall to us and guaranteed to be a starter.

Thats what we gotta do at #5, get a starter. Keenum was brought in to get this offense re-energized. I hear a lot about the Vikings weapons on offense, but the truth is that group was 8-8 in 2016, Keenum was the spark plug that helped get all those weapons moving and he didn't have a great O-line.

People may not agree but have the to their opinions. People compare Lj8 to any running QB that has failed. It's fine that is their opinion. To me baker and Johnny are one in the same.

Though I don’t agree with you but I can see the comparison in that. The height, off the field issues, and on the field cockiness. So that makes sense.

If Barkley is on the board at 5, JE May trip over himself running up to the podium... one can argue that the show of force at the OU pro day was DEN’s playing games, forcing NYJ to trade up and forcing CLE to take a QB at 1...

Driving SB out of top 3 means DEN has a great chance SB falls to 5... CLE maybtrade out, go defense or Nelson.
