  • Jordan Matthews for #3 WR

What about bringing him in on a prove it deal? Struggled with injuries last year, but was a pretty good slot WR before that with the Eagles. Could help our offense, and could be cheap due to those injuries

River Cracraft is the guy I wanna see be successful. Not sure we need to sign another one,

Matthews would be a similar target like Decker., Decker and DT get along famously, so I'd still rather see a possible DT revitalization as a side effect than to hope Matthews steps up. Same cost probably too. Either or would be a good signing for depth tho. Cost effective Depth.
2016 GM for the Buffalo Bills.

Jordan Matthews is extraordinarily mediocre...always was. Too many drops, not enough speed. He was a default option because we had so few other weapons, but if you think he's a guy who is going to come in and make a difference, well...he didn't in Philly.

No thanks. Would rather see what we have in Carlos Henderson.

Agreed but it would not be a wise idea to rely ONLY on Taylor & Henderson...we should go after another guy and see if he can help us.

Yes, Is there a really sure handed guy out there that runs really good routes? He doesn't have to be a speed demon but just knows how to run a route to get open and catches practically everything. That is a veteran I bring in if it doesn't cost me a ton of money.

I thought Cracraft was picked by another team off waivers. If he was available and could stay healthy, this is a guy who could make the same kind of catches that Diggs made with Keenum last season with MINN.

We dropped him and re-picked him up a couple of times. Last bit of news was us putting him back on the PS in December

I think Elway is sleeping. Sure it makes perfect sense to bring in a proven guy to be our slot receiver, and a real ILB, and a good RT, but if it makes sense, Elway ain’t doing it.

If he is sleeping why do you think he has been trying to acquire Sua Cravens (hybrid S/ILB) & Juwan James RT?
As far as 3rd receiver goes they have discussed bringing in Deonte Thompson.
In my opinion those attempts show Elway is aware of the needs at those spots.

I am on the bring back Decker squad, but I would be ok with Matthews

Gruden may land Nelson and Decker and that sucks. Hard nosed Gruden offense is coming. Has Martin and Lynch. Older, more Brittle, but if they stay healthy they are going to a hard to break down.

DT, Sanders, Taylor, Henderson, and Cracraft is appealing, 2 big guys, 2 medium, and 1 small.

Starting to believe we really must be ready to smash with our Dline or our offense isnt going to get the ball anyway.

Decker and Nelson run block so well and Lynch will be used to break down the D and Hamster going to be the fresh legs.

We gotta worry less about buying toys and all about the fortification of this D.

Cracraft is still listed on our roster and his twitter page still says Broncos.
