Hard Predictions for Top 5 Picks

Thought it might be fun if we all tried to predict how the Top 5 picks will go on Thursday night.

My prediction:

1. Cleveland selects Darnold
2. New York Giants select Barkley
3. New York Jets select Mayfield
4. Cleveland Browns select Chubb
5. Denver trades #5 to Buffalo for #12, #22, a second rounder and next year's 1st. Buffalo selects Allen.

I predict there will be no draft picks because an alien space ship will come in and abduct everyone for experimental purposes.

I would rather see us draft a future gold jacket guard or pass rusher than trade back into "who knows land". The top 10 picks are the first rounders that should be immediate starters and potentially All Pro's. From 11 and back there's some risk as they weren't the top graded overall to begin with.

I am not in favor of taking a QB with the 5th pick but apparently the report is that we have Darnold, Baker, and Barkley as our 3 targets and if none of them fall to us we try to trade back. So this isn't what I would be necessarily in favor of but it is my prediction of how it falls out.

If I was picking and the board fell like that I would try like heck to trade back with Buffalo, and if nothing came up I would settle for Marcus Davenport.

Very comical. The top 4 are NOT trading for ANY team period. We are picking at 5 or more than likely trading back.

If Mayfield or Darnold is still there I reckon we take them and not trade back.

If Bills move up pre draft with Browns and Cleveland take Darnold, I think we might get 2nd quite cheaply as Giants would still get their pick of non QBs and little extra draft capital.
