I threw up in my mouth reading a wasted first round pick on Lamar Jackson.

If we are going to take a first round qb I would much rather stay at 5 and take one of the top 4 guys. Even Josh Allen who is the bottom of those 4 to me.

Every single analyst says that all these QBs have holes in their game and none of them are sure fire picks. So why not take the one with the highest upside while also taking the best DT in the draft?

I agree , but Lamar Jackson doesnt have the highest upside . You dont draft a qb in the 1st thats a project with a higher chance to struggle .We have seen where that got us . If we go Qb in the 1st it has to be one that is the most proven and likely to be able to suceed in the NFL.
