He doesn't want to be in Washington any more. So I would love to see Elway look into getting this guy. When William's is healthy he is easily an elite lt in the NFL. He would also be a massive upgrade over Bolles

2.) Let's not give up on Bolles. Let's see if he can clean up his mental lapses under Munchak.sigpic

Bolles isn’t bad. We shouldn’t give up on him for Williams-Bronco in UT
While I both agree and disagree with many posts in this thread I have to lean towards champ on this one. Jay really needs to learn how to manage the game better, and also to learn that you don't have to go for the big play EVERY time on every drive. There is something to be said to check the ball down and live to fight another day. -Great Post Cut the Excuses out please. sigh...
Helll of a post

That is correct 2 seasons of 16 games in 9 years in the NFL. At 31 it's not likely that he all of a sudden finds 2012-13 and manages to stay healthy.

Perhaps Bolles and Risner should actually swap positions though to make life easier on him. I know I’ll be criticized but he may be better suited to play guard.Last edited by Sam_Z; 06-06-2019, 08:48 PM.

I would also worry about his size inside. He's listed as 6'5 297, but he's a lean 297. As a guard I'd want him to put on another 10-15 pounds, so that he can anchor inside against the big boys when they try to bull rush him.
But I don't think your idea is a bad one, and certainly I don't think it should be criticized. I'd just give him one more chance with a coach who's known for developing.
