Alex Taylor OT from South Carolina State absolutely dominated the measurable part of the Senior Bowl today. He was the tallest: 6'8.5
Longest Arms: 36 1/8
Biggest Hands: 11
Longest Wingspan: 88
If he can turn in a solid performance this week to go with the numbers, he might be a kid that moves quickly up the draft radar.
Although to be fair the biggest worry could be his weight, he's "only" 308 pounds, which isn't as much on a 6'8.5 person.
Other players of interest and their numbers:
Josh Jones OT Houston: 6'5 311 pounds, 33 5/8 arm length
Lloyd Cushenberry III C LSU: 6'3 312 pounds, 34 5/8 arm length
Javon Kinlaw DT South Carolina: 6'5 315 pounds
Leki Fotu DT Utah: 6'5 337 pounds
Chase Claypool WR ND: 6'4 229 pounds (Canadian content)
Prince Tega Wanogho OT Auburn: 6'5 307, 33 1/8 arm length
Here's a link to all of the results.
And here's a link to an interesting (and old) PFF article about whether arm length correlates to better play by an offensive tackle (it apparently doesn't)
