There seems to be demand for vet TEs right now. If Austin Fort can come back healthy this year, it might make Heuerman tradable.

    Updated. Still see need for:

    2 WR
    2 OT
    1 DE
    1 ILB (upgrade imo)
    1 CB

Remmers would be the cheap fill for RT, but signed with Chiefs, Wolfe back solves DE, and would like to see a vet WR pre draft.

don't disagree, I think those 4 battle for two starting spots. I think Wilkinson is a sneaky chance to push Glasgow to OC by playing RG at a high level.

If we can sign an Amukamara-type, then follow with a draft like below, I think we'll be in good shape.

    1- Henry Ruggs WR
    2- Ross Blacklock DE
    3- Tyler Biadasz C
    3- Cam Akers RB
    3- Logan Wilson ILB
    4- Raekwon Davis DL
    5- Ben Bartch G
    6- Troy Pride Jr CB
    6- Raequan Williams DL
    7- Darrell Mooney WR
    7- Liam Eichenberg T

Those first six players could all be fighting for starting spots.
That would make a nice draft!

Mike Remmers would fill that spot behind James nicely for cheap.

The rest on O can be had via draft imo.

Still hoping we make a splash on the d-line before FA ends. Wolfe, Harris, Everson Griffin, Harrison, Suh, or Daniels come to mind.

Need another OLB badly imo. Re-sign Attachou or add Aaron Lynch or Devon Kennard.

As far as CB I’m ok with waiting to draft unless we can land Prince or Kevin Johnson for a reasonable price.

Either way, need to fill a couple of these holes before the draft.

started a topic Depth Chart time

    Depth Chart time

Players named I think will make final 53
TBD = not yet on roster

    Offense

    QB: Lock, Driskel
    RB: Gordon, Lindsay, Freeman
    LWR: Sutton, Spenser*
    RWR: Patrick*, Winfree*
    Slot WR Hamilton, TBD
    TE: Fant, Fumagali, Beck
    LT: Bolles*, TBD
    LG: Risner, Schlottmann
    C: Glasgow, Morris
    RG: Wilkinson*.
    RT: James, TBD

23 on O; 3 spots TBD, plus maybe two WRs to compete with Patrick, Winfree and Spenser...so 5 guys needed on O still.

    Defense

    LDE Jones, Walker
    NT Purcell, Peko
    RDE Casey, TBD
    WLB: Miller, Reed
    LILB Johnson, TBD
    RILB: Davis, Jewell
    SLB: Chubb, Hollins
    LCB: Bausby*, TBD
    Slot CB: Callhan, Dawson
    RCM Bouye, Yiadom
    FS: Simmons, TBD
    SS: Jackson, Marshall

    24, 4 TBD

With 3 ST that makes 50, so three wildcard spots open.

    6 open spots for O and 4 on D.

Open comp for starter position would be WR, LCB, RILB, OT, and RG; can add RB as a "split" situation.

    Missing anyone?
