Until we get a TRUE not name "Lock" qb we will miss the playoffs and be average at best! I'm E2DS and I approve this message! "AND IF YOU DON'T KNOW, NOW YA KNOW."

But stay in the pocket like, Brady, Brees, manning, rivers, but people can argue all they want facts is facts.sigpic

And if you like Tebow as much as he does, I could see why he thinks Cutler is a good QB.
When Cutler was traded most Bronco fans thought we were trading away a potential HOF QB and Bears thought they were getting one. In reality we should all thank Josh McDaniels for not sticking us with cutler for a decade.
It is both sad and funny that you would make the claim you do, because we are talking about two QBs that are as polar opposite as they come, and Tebow had a modum of success that Cutler never had with the Broncos. While Drew Lock showed promise in the 4th quarter of the last game he does appear to be more Cutler than anything else.
Watson - while isolated playing very well, he is not managing the game which is the prime job. What makes someone like Mahomes so deadly, is that he plays smart at a high level, and then he has an extra "gear" where he is amazing. It is the same game altering spurt that Elway/Tebow had but starting from a higher to much higher base level.
Point is that you cannot trade for a pleyer of Watsons quality if his team likes him and even if they don't you will have to pay a lot moore than he is worth. If Lock does not work out then the only option is draft and free agency where successes have been had, where none have been had from trading multiple years of draft picks and multiple elite players. It is just a dumb idea!

Sooooo.....
Sounds like there is some rumbling of news falling out that Watson is getting ready to or is contemplating asking/demanding a trade?!?!? Maybe this isn't such a far fetched idea after all
What better monster move for a new GM to make than to land Watson

The tricky part about trading for Watson is that not only do you have to trade an abundance of picks, you’d also have to trade a player or players. The Texans would have no interest in Von Miller, they’re not going to take a 5 million charge and compound it with another high priced player especially when the cap is going down. We would have to trade a young blue chip player on a rookie contract so likely Chubb and any combination of Fant, Dremont Jones, and OJ. And even if they accept that, we’re still likely parting ways with Miller or at least Bouye and Casey. The Casey loss wouldn’t hurt as much because we have some depth there although if they took Jones it would hurt more as we’d lose him and likely Shelby Harris and Bouye would definitely hurt because we’d be losing a draft pick to offset his loss and would be stuck relying on Callahan to stay healthy and Bassey to make a big jump in his play and praying someone else steps up.

Give them Lock and our first this year and maybe our 2nd next year and then we got the qb solved. With the weapons we have our offense will start to average over 25 a game I feel. Im not good on gm stuff but make that happen. With Watson I feel we can compete against any team in the division:go:

Why does he want out? What would be their QB plan if they trade him?
As Broncos fans know. it sucks not having a legitimate QB. Why would Houston put themselves in that position?
