  • PFF Mock Draft Simulator

    https://www.pff.com/draft/nfl-mock-draft-simulator

This is a pretty cool mock draft tool. Allows trades...even trading future picks.

Here is my attempt. My attempts are pretty much knowing what positions I want and throwing a dart at names I do not recognize. I also did not trade any future draft picks...only trades in this year draft. I was able to get a A- trade from the Jets to move down. PFF hated my first pick as all the CBs I wanted fell past 9 but were gone before 23. Looked like a team jumped in front of my pick 40 to get the LB I wanted ... should have taken him instead of Cosmi....just have no faith in James.

I got zach Wilson at 9, at that point, I realized this thing was junk. Wilson and Lance taken before wilson? Lol

When it is time to make the pick it shows teams interested in the pick. At that point can pick either a team interested or pick a team not interested. The draft picks will be shown in overall pick number (pick 30, pick 45, pick 113 for ex). After selecting which picks will be exchanged the webpage thinks and either says no or accepts. There is a limited number of attempts and then no more trades allowed.

I assume teams wanting the pick will give more than other teams.

On the trade I did I offered pick 9 and just selected the next four picks of the other team...picks 23 34 66 86. I actually thought I was asking for too much and assume it would be denied. Guess I should have asked for more.

just curious are there any settings changed? I have played with this over 10 times now. The only time Fields is not taken by Phlly at 6 is the odd times something else happens and he is drafted sooner.

not really sure i think phili took Lance. i know Alanta passed on QB which was weird and only 3 had gone by our pick.

i dont think you can really change settings. when ive done it all you can change is rounds and speed of the draft. their values are a skewed for some players though. they have mac jones routinely there between picks 30-35 which wont happen

spice and i posted our drafts in the cb thread but here is mine:

                    zaven collins lb tusla
                    trevon moehrig s tcu
                    leatherwood ot ala
                    jevon holland s oregon
                    jevante williams rb unc
                    shaun wade s/cb osu
                    michel carter rb unc
                    Cameron mcgrone lb Michigan
                    adrian ealy ot oklahoma
                    darius stills dt wvu
                    thomas graham cb oregon
                    isreal mukuamu cb scu
                    mustafa johnson dt cu
                    wyatt hubert edge ksu
                    warren jackson wr csu

                    1 trade was with sf
                    1 trade with ne
                    1 trade with the jets

I took both carter and williams as I honestly hope we get rid of gordon asap...even if its for a 7th. getting the unc tandem will make that easy

I see moe as the guy to take jacksons place while holland will be simmons/parks understudy.
wade i got in case we move on from callahan. the fact bryce hasnt even a full season makes this pick easy. wade was used as slot/safety type

i probably needed edge earlier but there wasnt a good pick at any point later on. hubert i think will be a good late round pick. Johnson and stills will be good depth

leatherwood and ealy wil make moving on from james easier.

collins will start right away and mcgrone is there if we lose johnson or jewell

warren is there if we lose patrick or decide to move on from hamilton

the cbs i dont think need an explanation.

this is all based on what our current situation is. i didnt use picks from next year only current.

There are some bars to be played with in the first screen but I have not messed with them.

Think there are just some probability things going on that allows for odd situations on each draft. Just saw someone besides TL taken with 1st pick.

Both drafts were interesting. I do think a lot of unpredictable things happen on draft day compared to mocks we see before hand. Not sure how accurate anything is beyond the first few picks,

Still fun to play with while we wait for free agency...which will also change what is drafted.

Well it's been a grip. But definitely my favorite time if year. Here was mine

                            Trade back with New England

                            Our 9

                            We get 15, 46, next year's 1st and 4th

they are forced to pay the premium for the QB they desperately need

PFF graded the trade as an A

With the minimal drop back and with

Farley, Parsons, Sultan II and Slater still on the board I was more than willing to take this trade.

We ended up with Micah Parsons as the other 3 went ahead of us.

id take it at that point..

The rest if the draft went

                            40. Dillon Radunz Tackle North Dakota State
                            46. Tay Gowan Corner UCF
                            71. Najee Harris RB Alabama
                            96. Cameron Sample Edge Tulane
                            114. Rodarious Williams Corner Ok St.
                            153. Elerson Smith Edge Northern Iowa
                            193. David Moore QB Central Michigan
                            235. Mustafa Johnson Dline Colorado
                            237. DJ Daniel Corner Georgia
                            252. Jacoby Stevens Safety LSU

LOVE getting a 1st next year and still getting a top 5 talent in parsons.

Mad depth and would be giddy if Najee Harris at that spot
I need more Oline, please and thank you
