Sounds like a possible sleeper. Love to see stories like this. I've seen quite a few that don't work out, here's to hoping this one pays off.

Denver has a long streak of at least one UDFA making the regular season roster. They also have a history of developing UDFAs on the PS. Seems that seventeen UDFAs have been signed, so far, and additional ones have been invited for tryouts this week.Sounds like a possible sleeper. Love to see stories like this. I've seen quite a few that don't work out, here's to hoping this one pays off.
Jaleel McLaughlin might be the one to make the roster. There are others at other positions. It will be an interesting Spring and TC/preseason. Most of these guys will probably end up on the PS for development and could be brought to the roster during the season.

Seems like a good kid, with talent. If love to see him be able to play in the NFL. That said, I don't remember many guys his size who make it at the top level. Good luck though, I hope he's the exception.Comment

MJD was same height and 210 coming out
Barry Sanders same height and 200 coming out.
Shoot undrafted I would be happy with a Darren Sproles type player. We need quality RBs
Jaleel has a lot of work ahead of him but imo he is in a great opportunity. Hope Jaleel and us fans have a productive 2023 season.

Denver ended up signing fifteen UDFAs and have cut four of them, so eleven remain (McLaughlin, Adkins, Grimes, Byrd, Palczewski, Jacobs, Mustipher, Benson, Incoom, Haynes, Green) After tryouts, they signed two of the XFL guys (DiNucci and Patrick)
Denver has eight RBs on the roster at the moment. Five are big backs (Williams, Perine, Patrick, Jones, Crockett), and three are change of pace, speed guys (McAllister, Badie, McLaughlin) We'll see if there are any changes prior to TC.
Denver will probably keep three RBs on the roster and a couple on the PS. Who makes the team will depend on who plays the best with non-starters expected to be STs contributors.
P.S. McAllister, Badie and McLaughlin are very similar and can return kicks/punts.
