Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

sigpic The most explosive QB-WR tandem in the past decade. Off with their heads! And while you're at it, fire Nolan! He only led 6 of 12 defenses to top 10 in points scored against.
All i got to say is this is what I saw when I logged on today
At his Tuesday media session, Head Coach Josh McDaniels announced that Correll Buckhalter, Champ Bailey, D.J. Williams, Demaryius Thomas and Chris Kuper will practice today. Tomorrow LenDale White and Ryan Clady will return to the practice field
Doesn't that just make you feel like the team magically got about 6 wins better?

Champ Bailey in 2005
30 times thrown at, 10 interceptions, 10 receptions, 10 incompletions

I'd rather have Dumervil sit out all season long and have him back totally healthy next year when Orton is even better, the new D-line is better, the new O-line is better and the receivers are better.
I think we'll make it to the playoffs this season or at least come very close. I expect us to be in the playoffs and ready to make a deep push next season for sure, though.
I'd rather have him full throttle next year than to hurry him back this season.
Washington, Chicago, KC, Oakland, SD, and other fan bases are probably cheering for McDaniels to fail. So do others as mentioned above.
Plus they're totally ignorant of our team and all they've seen so far is the Bengals that scored handily in trash time against us and the Lions who have a massively under-rated defense while we were trying to run up the gut - which is the strength of their team.
Frankly, other fans are ignorant and they're basing their estimates off the stat sheets rather than the context.
it is unbiased because the bias cancel out with the unbias because of randomness... There were broncos fans who voted, also charger/raider/chief/browns/falcons/packers fans as well.. maybe hawks too, who knows... There were also bears fans and other teams that want us to succeed, possibly patriots fans. (bears because of orton).
Although it may be unbiased, it may also be very uninformed...
since when was his strategy to out the superstars ftso chemistry?
I only see him losing one superstar, because he was basically asking for it (Bmarsh).
Cutler was also a superstar, but he WAS asking for a trade. And now he is less than average (though with great potential).
