Not to mention, Norv already developed one HOF QB and is working on
    his second.

Yet Norv can't get a playoff win at home against the Jets after a bye week? That makes him better how??

You were trying to smack talk Josh in his first year, so i looked up what Norv did in his first year, following along here? What great QB's did he develop in Washington or Oakland if he's just that great?

Norv inherited some great talent and did crap with it.

Jim Caldwell was handed great talent and the Colts went from 12-4 in 08, to 14-2 on 09 Including a SB appearance.

Norv did the opposite of that.....

Oh come on, Shottenheimer took a 14-2 team to the playoffs and lost the first game. 1st in Pts. 4th in yards. Largest Pt. Differential in team history.

Norval took a 13-3 team to the playoffs and lost the first game in 2009.

When Norv took over in 2007, they dropped to 5th in pts, 20th in yards, only ONE year removed from that 1st in Pt's, 4th in yards year.

    Obviously Norval>Shottenheimer....

There was way more reasons to fire Marty over currently firing Norval duh

Sherman: "Well.....it is the last time the Broncos were actually relevant.

You Donkey fans are killing me. Trophy smack before our first game? Usually, you play the "Phyllis" Rivers card....or, the "Merriods" card now and save the Trophy smack for the end of the season.

Step your game up and save that crap for Trollway.

We were last relevent in 2005 get your facts straight....Also 11 years=a decade and 1 year (just in case your mind can't break it down there are 10 years in a decade)....I realize there is a lower standard of learning for Chargers fans but cmon.....

You want me to play the non-trophy smack? How bout the fact that all your talent either left or is holding out for more money and will leave? How bout the fact that your defense hasn't been relevent since Merriman got busted? Lets not even talk about the fact that you have one of the worst head coaches in the nfl....or the fact that when it comes to important games your team has some sort of strange phobia of winning because it might be bad for their health...Or even the fact that your starting QB is a freaking ogre...No we'll leave the fact that you've never even gotten a wiff of a superbowl trophy and probably never will.

What's more funny is the Chargers were 1-15(2000) more recently than us winning a SB.
You have to go back to 1990 for our lowest record at 5-11 in the past 2 decades.

Your team has been more consistently crappy in the past 2 decades than inconsistenly relevant.

It's quite obvious why Chargers hate past accomplishment from the last 2 decades, because their team has just been sub-par.
The memories of a Ryan Leaf led offense has to sting huh?

8 Straight years of playoff drought from 96-03.

You go to the playoffs a couple years in a row and your team is so great huh?

If your team actually had some worthwhile history in the past 2 decades, maybe you would actually have a few quality fans.

It's real easy to come into this section when we've been an average Team the last 4 years and lay down some Division Champs smack, almost as easy as it is for us to lay SB smack!

I know the Broncos have choked at the end of every season in recent memory but at least we didn't set ourselves up for greater failure by not performing well in the playoffs. I would rather get bounced in the regular season because getting bounced in the playoffs stings more when so much is on the line. But at this rate, I would be happy with a playoff berth for the Broncos, it is about time we made it.
This is a classic (and lame) Donkey excuse they we hear every year. And, it gets louder as the season comes to a close - when your beloved Broncos are on the outside of the playoffs looking in.

Look, I am very disappointed that San Diego hasn't capitalized on their playoff appearances - especially last year and '06 when they had legitimate chances to make it to the SB.

But, I would never hope that the Chargers blew 3 or 4 game leads at the end of the season (only to miss the playoffs) so that it wouldn't "sting as bad" like a playoff loss.

After every playoff loss, the Chargers "fix" their problem and try to get over the SB hump.

After every regular season collapse, the Broncos "rebuild" their problem and try to get over .500

But, it looks like we are both happy with our situations.
