I wish, just a little smack before the game.. I hope the Chiefs can somehow beat SD, but i just can't see it happening..

Everything will have to go the Chiefs way and Charles/Jones will need to run for 230+ yards and control the game..
I was going to “rep” your for an accurate prediction, but you backed away from it.

I doubt it…Rivers was only sacked once, and it was 2 different players on a blitz that did the deed and he did hit 7 different players with passes to include WR Legedu Naanee 5 times, for a total of 110 yards to include a 59 yard touchdown.

We lost mainly because of a 56 yard TD run, and a 94 yard punt return, neither of which can be blamed on our offense.

What??? The Chargers drives were dieing faster than 3rd world children.

The few red zone efforts they had were laughable. <- see?

Wait what game were you watching??

I assure you Rivers didn't miss Mcneil, with Dombrowski being a beast. Hali's name heard at all??

No but Hali did have 3 or was it 4 sacks vs Clady last year.

Rivers had 300 yds in awful weather conditions in a rocking stadium.

Talking about grasping. Bronco fans if nothing else are adorable.

Jags ran vs you, they passed vs you with 3 passing TD's. You had 2 turnovers allowed 3 sacks, was not vs a division rival and was not nearly the same type of atmosphere.

                HA!

You allowed big play after big play! TO THE CHIEFS!

Oh I thought Mathews was supposed to be good, too.

Guess he better work on holding the football.

Money says he has more fumbles than Moreno did last year.

Hali had some pressure, came close to Rivers a few times, but he escaped.. I don't think they will miss McNeill that much..

VJ will definately be missed, only a homer would say they won't miss him.. You can't replace a player of VJ's calibar, he's a game-breaking WR that SD needs if they want to make it to the SB..

They did run on us, they run on everybody.. Holding MJD to under 100 yards is pretty good.. Letting Garrard look like Peyton Manning was pathetic..

I expect Rivers to have a field day against the Jags..

They might miss him they might not. I really like the WR's we have now and Crayton if not mistaken wasn't even on the field yesterday. I think the weather conditions last night were not ideal for passing offenses.

We'll see how good they are next week and beyond when they aren't playing in creeks.

3 big plays. 1 on defense, 1 on ST and 1 on offense. Reach much??

You thought?? He is good, very good. 1 fumble in the rain with a FUMBLE SPECIALIST like D. Johnson doing his trademark stripping of the ball doesn't change anything.

                          • If the SD offense struggles on 1st and goal again in the next game, that should be a concern. They should already be concerned that they only scored 14 points (one td was due to blown coverage) in a loss where they had the ball for 38 minutes.
Suck is NOT a bronco fan.

that blown coverage was due to them triple teaming gates. also rivers had davis open in the endzone but he fell almost certainly because of the poor footing.

you are right, if they continue to have problems on offense it will be a concern, i don't think they will...not like that.

Eric Berry blew the coverage on that one. Simple rookie Mistake.

As for davis being open in the back of the endzone at the very end, he wasnt as open as the main camera angle seemed to suggest. Rivers essentially threw the ball behind him. He was covered for the most part...Dorsey was also right on Rivers heels. So he had to get rid of the ball.

The rain affected both offenses. Charger players dropped passes they shouldnt have. The chiefs capitalized off of their mistakes. Playing in a stadium that can get up to 116+ decibels doesnt help matters either for the opposing team. How many false starts did the chargers have again?
