Rivers is a great QB but good lord, that one throw to Gates in the endzone reminded me of my little sister attempting to throw a basketball. What a god-awful motion...

There were more then a few short outs that were ugly as hell and Gates making these insanely athletic catches.

He's instinctive and throws good medium deep range. Charger fans love talking about how his arm is more gifted then anyone, I don't think so. That's a well designed offense with weapons that can get wide open.

The Chiefs D gave up a garbage TD at the very last second... The real score was 31-3. We held the 9ers to 185 total yards. (without the garbage time yardage) The same 9er offense that racked up over 400 yards against the defending super bowl champs.

The D is really coming into its own. The Browns game was also a game where the only TDs the browns scored, were basically because of blown coverage by young, inexperienced safetys. (much like the second TD against the chargers back on MNF) Our defense is much improved, and I think its safe to say we have the best defense thus far in the division.

I still remain unconvinced that we will win more than 8 games...However, that has more to do with the let down we've experienced in prior years. (I know better than to put all my trust into this team) Cassel has a lot of convincing to do to prove that he can be the "main" man.

That is my biggest, and only true complaint about the team as of now.. Cassel.
I'm not a huge fan of the play calling about half the time (I hate screen passes
to FB's and TE and FB swing passes). Get the ball to McCluster, Bowe, and
for the love of god Charles much more often... But again, it's hard to tell if that's
the gameplan or Cassel's version of it.

I still hope the Chiefs go QB/OL in the first two rounds in next years' draft.

PIP and sunday ticket rules thanks. Like I said before our Oline coach needs to be replaced as does your st coach. The only thing special about either of them is the qualify for the special olympics

The Brown win is just that, just a win.

I liked the SD one because its a big divisional game and didnt know what to expect..

But that Frisco game was pure domination in every football related aspect. Besides
a cheap late TD in which Singletary should feel lucky for only getting one starter
hurt, we completely shut down any offensive attempt by SF. Crennel looks like a
mastermind, while Weis is either limited by Cassel's ineptness or isn't as good as
a lot of people thought.

not when our team has proven to be able to do it for the past couple years? you somehow thought that because we lost the game that means our offense was not potent, i called you out on it and you come back with this?

dude, you didn't see the game....you didn't see our ST coverage basically lose that game for us when we came back from 17 down and tie it in the second half, only to have the ST's throw it away on the following kick off.

I watched it and it was a tale of two halves with you offense not showing up in the first half and 2 drives in the redzone at the end of the game that got turned over on downs.

That said, the TD that got called back, then scoring again and then converting the 2 pter (I believe the 2 pter got called back and redone also?) was impressive.

Your special teams looked like ours. You have blame elsewhere but they were the main culprit.
