  • Things to fill your time on Sundays, now that the season is over

There is always hanging out with the family. The little ones that you bore to death about Elway stories will especially need comforting at this time.

Looking for new "wolves howling at the moon" paintings on ebay is always fun.

Of course, if you are one of the many bronco fans in arizona, you can still get in 18 holes on a sunday.

    Go Nuggets!

Repaint that orange room into some other color that doesn't remind you of the abrupt end to the season.

Or we could spend the rest of the season cheering on our new favorite team (whoever plays against the chiefs each week)

I'll be watching the rest of the year. As a 33 year vet, the losses barely hurt. You get used to the pain.

Think of it this way; Every year, all teams but one come up short and feel the pain. It's not a question of if, but when. So enjoy the ride; We have no expectations and as such, we get to play underdog now!

I'd rather feel the pain of losing in the superbowl instead of never making the playoffs...though i see your point, 2nd place is the first loser.

I kind of agree. But the horrors of our SB losses, really haunted me for a long time. (The SF SB loss, is still my bogeyman)

The higher up you are, the harder the crash. Those SB losses hurt like no regular season game ever could.

Some of you can take this extra time to go find yourselves a job.

or how about the anger management class the court is making you take? You know, they will just put you back into jail if you don't follow through with that.

winter is coming, you should take some time to replace that filter on your heating system. For those of you that don't live in the big city, you need to make sure your heating wood is fully stocked. Might also be a good idea to weather strip the outhouse.

Fairweather Chiefs fans can use this time to trim their mullets. Or go buy some new wifebeaters. Or check the cinderblocks that the cars are sitting on in the yard. Or brush their tooth. Or dream of living anywhere but that crappy city.
