If I was being a biased Broncos fan, I would take Rodgers over Rivers, but I didn't, I'd take Rivers (my most hated player in any sport).
its pretty obvious why you hate him because he has won the division every year since starting while the broncos have been his doormat

I can't wait for the day people realize...Super Bowls are a team accomplishment, Philip Rivers is a Super Bowl player who hasn't gotten the support he deserves in the playoffs. Same with Dan Marino, same with Dan Fouts, same with JOHN ELWAY and Peyton Manning for the first several years of his carrer.

I rue the day Rivers tore his ACL in the 07' playoffs, we really had a shot at beating 17-0 New England and making the trip to SBXLII

The first 3 Super Bowls Elway took us too we had an awful supporting cast, nothing special at all.

He was good enough to carry the team, even though he didn't win the first 3. Rivers hasn't come close, with much better teams.

That is part of my argument why he is #4 on my list.

Wrong actually, Rivers has come close when the Chargers made the AFC Championship game in 2007. Rivers, Tomlinson, and Gates were all severely injured in that game, and we lost because we didn't have the fire power left to put up more than 4 FGs inside the Pats 10ydline.

Last year we were dead last in rushing, horrid on D-line, and Rivers alone carried this team to 13-3. But at somepoint, even Tom Brady had Adam Vinatiere, Rivers has only been sabotaged by the players around him in the playoffs.

I agree with you even though you are a sparkler fan.

But I also say you win and lose as a team...all blame or accolades should not fall squarely on the QB.

                  BTW, Rivers is playing fantastic.
