  • Tim Tebow=Snake?

I know all you Charger fans hate Jake the Snake because he owned you guys like nothing else. Just wait until we get a quality QB then we will be the scourge of the AFCW. Just wait. Look at this guy and his guns.

They are enormous!!! Make fun of his crying all you want but that man has some massive guns. Those are the type of guns that you put tats on!!!!

We've already seen Tebow run some of the bootleg style passes that the Snake was famous for in preseason. I remember he did it against the Steelers I believe.

    The Snake:

I know you Charger fans must love :orton: but just wait. Just wait until we can groom this guy and make him the next Snake but with a more accurate pass. I feel the thunder!!!!

This reminds me of a BFSD excursion in to the smack section.

What you really should have done was mention the height/weight of both QB's (you already have the size part--i.e. "the man's guns").

Maybe. Maybe not. You have a long way to go before you'll know, everything else right now is pretty much just encouraging yourselves because the season is over. I understand.

Look at those bear paws on Tebow. He can grip a football like a beer can.

i thought jake was good but rather erratic at times, great record with denver though

as for tebow, hes a guy ill never hate regardless of how well or poor he does, hes a religious man like my boy rivers, ya gotta love that IMO

the similarities to rivers dont even end there, both were criticized for their delivery, mechanics

You mean the same Jake Plummer who couldnt hold a 24-7 lead at home against a 1st year starting QB in Rivers??? Ya he really owned us. I'm sure you guys are counting the days till Rivers retires cause what he's done to you guys is the definition of ownership!!

I actually heard Rivers owns an old Ford Bronco, but he never drives it because it always breaks down on him in the winter... and it runs on Unleaded Denial, which is very expensive.

Rivers is also very high on Tebow. I saw an interview a little after the draft and they were asking him about mechanics since he was also criticized for it. Rivers said it won't slow Tebow down at all, and he will likely revert to what's natural for him, like he himself did. Rivers' goofy mechanics have obviously not hindered his ability to throw a football.

their religious off the field lives may also have something to contribute to why Rivers likes him too lol. i know that's the main reason i like him.

i think if your mechanics work for you, don't let anyone go changing you, unless you think it's going to better you as a player

i think the nfl needs alot more people like rivers and tebow in it, and less criminals

and that's not a racial thing, as i also think the nfl needs more tomlinsons and less travis henrys

orton was lights out early in the year, but he's been really bad latelly, not able to move the offense much at all with any consistency

now with the season officially over for denver, there's really no reason not to see how good or bad tebow is

                        no reason whatsoever

well i wouldn't start him on the road at oakland (because oakland leads the nfl in sacks and as mentioned, it's a road game)

i'd start him home vs texans, home vs sd

that way, if sd's still in it, you're giving tebow a first start vs the worst defense in the nfl (texans) to build up his confidence , then you see what he can do against one of the best defenses in the nfl (chargers)

I think the new HC is taking a selfish approach to the last three games thinking that with a strong finish and he can be the guy next year. BS, start TT and see what he's learned this year.
