    1) Learn how to pass the ball consistently from the pocket

    2) Complete more than 50% of his passes

    3) Stop relying on his scrambling around otherwise he's gonna get hurt bad

    4) Learn how to release the ball faster

    5) Shorten up his wide ass stance, needs better feet work

    6) Never think at any moment in the game (with a cocky ass attitude) this is "Tebow Territory and "

    7) Learn how to juke instead of just running flat footed head long like a bozo

    8) Stop thinking he's invincible

    9) Stop thinking Elway's gonna help him

    10) Stop thinking he could ever be as good as Philip Rivers
    6) rivers seems to do that still and it works for him

1-4 arent all that important since 2 happens often to any QB including rivers and the others he can be successful with but it would behove him to change

    7) he does Juke hes actually quite good at it but his first reaction is to run forward first juke 2nd which he pulls off but not for very long. He actually rolls out of the pocket better then anything else but he seems to try and be a pocket passer so much that he refuses to leave unless the play calls for him to role out or run

    8) Favre and Elway were both very much like this at the beginning of the career its exciting and boosts a team moral until he gets hurt. He needs to learn theres a time for it and a time to take the loss of down.

    9 a mentor helps

    10) rivers seems to think he can be good so why not have a friendly rivalry. plus it only helps to have someone like rivers to force him to be better. That way he wont get lazy and think he can lose the first 4 games and make it to the playoffs and wont lose in the first round and think well I can always get the SB ring next year.

    • I like Tebow, he's a good thing for the Broncos. He adds an X factor to your offense, gives you the ability to beat anyone on your day. Whether he can do that consistently remains to be seen, he has started out well enough though.

Will he become an elite QB? I can't see it, but the verdict is obviously still out. I do think he can be good enough to get you guys to the playoffs at some point, but I think it will take time. There is a long way to go for the Broncos, but you have a solid foundation on which to build

Good points so long as he can overcome the 10 items on the laundry list above. I think in a few years he'll be with the Detroit Lions. I could be wrong but its just my opinion.
