so when you say you would take tebow over rivers, you are only talking about this year and not going forward? or do you think rivers is done?

again, tebow on any other team in the division would not work because denver's defense is keeping them in games when tebow has clearly struggled.

no team in the division has a defense even close to denver's right now.

Well unless you can predict the future..I cannot say anything about going forward...this season is now..who knows what the coming seasons hold.

It's a fact that the Broncos are winning with Tebow as their QB and the Chargers with Rivers aren't doing as well as in the past years.

umm because the last 5 years rivers has played at an elite level? unless you think he is done and cannot play at that level ever again, i don't see your logic in that.

Where did I say he was done? He has struggled this year..SD is in LAST place in the division.

i know you didn't say he was done, i am asking you if you believe that because you must if you are willing to trade him for tebow because of one bad year.

its not like tebow is tearing it up and playing at an elite level. i get that you think tebow is helping his team win this year and rivers is not.

maybe you meant only trade for this year? i took what you said as an actual trade, as in going forward you would trade rivers for tebow.

that's what i thought was odd.

again, unless you think rivers will never play at the level he has his entire career up until this year, then that doesn't make a lot of sense.

Anyhow I am impressed with Tebow..I know it's a team record but that guy is a work horse...no pun intended.I don't see many Bronco games but the ones I have watched..there is no quit in him.

All bias and hatred aside, I think most are impressed with what they're seeing thus far, given the low expectations every analyst not named Bayless had. Even baph, although he'll never openly admit it lol

i know my team sucks, regardless if they go on their typical late run yet still miss the playoffs, they still suck.

i just think its funny that anyone would trade rivers for tebow if given the chance.

i don't think any team in the league would do that if put in that situation.

i am impressed with his clutchness at the end of the games for sure. but other than last weeks game (which i didn't watch but he seemed to play well) he has been pretty bad over all.

lets see how he does this week, if he continues to play well then i will really be impressed, if he goes back to playing the way he has all year then i will continue to think he is not a viable starter in the league.

Well beings I'm a Chiefs fan...trading Rivers for Tebow isn't anything I brought up.I believe my original post said I would take Tebow over any of the other AFCW QBs..this was in reply to the thread title.

57 minutes of utter garbage by Tebow. Thankfully the Bears are so screwed up Tebow got another lucky wiin on a silver platter. Do get me wrong, I don't hate Tebow for winning its just hyping us all up over what? Tebow is flat eout not winning games with his arm. Until I see this consistently I'm not buying into the hype that he' a franchise QB
