Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Broncos Put A Lump Of Coal In Our Stockings AGAIN!
The Grinch of '08 is coming down our chimneys again. Anyone feel good about KC next week? I dont. Not with the way Denver is playing. I hope I'm wrong, but I think the wheels are coming off the wagon and the '08 Grinch is going to steal all our presents again. I'm looking toward next season.
quit whinning..
ten weeks ago it was suck for luck time..
NO ONE was remotely thinking about the playoffs when Tebow took over, just getting back to more wins than last year,,
None since all we have to do is win unless we have a shoot if we finish at 8-8
If the Chargers beat the Turds, we're in regardless of what happens in our game this Sunday.
That being said, I don't care about that game as much as I want us to beat KC. If we are going to get into the playoffs, I want to go in with some confidence from a win, rather than backing in because of a Raiders loss.
A division win is nice, but a playoff win would be nicer. I would feel better about our chances if we aren't headed into the post season on a 3 game skid.
Yep I too fear the ghosts of Broncos past, 06,08,09. While I'm happy with our overall improved record, this team has brought my hopes up so many times just to crush them in the very end, nothing is more heart-breaking! I have to admit, this last loss made me re-adjust my passion. After throwing a massive tantrum, I put a barrier around my heart, thus protecting it from a possible massive let down. I refuse to let them do this to me again! Anyways, hang in there bud, I feel your pain.

It's tough not to think about those other seasons. Especially after an ugly loss like we had Saturday. Hard to stay confident after getting your O ring blown out like that.
Hopefully the guys are feeling better about it than we are

I totally agree. I hope the Broncos show some mental toughness against KC and bounce back with some authority and get a good win. That'd give them some confidence for the playoffs.
I'm trying to keep the grinch out of my house. But he's gotten strong over the years.

Fortunately for us, most of the guys playing right now weren't a part of all that, so they wont be thinking about it like we are. Hopefully
