he was a great college QB, it pretty much ends there in terms of being a good football player.

Tebow had the same amount of rushing TDs and a higher ypc than Mathews in less games, but you seem to think Tebow isn't a good football player lol.
I guess doing those sorts of things against guys that get paid millions to prevent you from doing them means you can't play football in Baphs headLast edited by kishzilla; 03-25-2012, 07:42 PM.sigpic

tebow is good at running the football out of shotgun and running a college offense that just doesn't work at this level, i would like to see how well he would do lining up as a running back and taking the ball up the middle.
a lot of those yards and TD's were against defenses playing soft zone at the end of the game, allowing tebow to put up a large chunk of those numbers.
like i said, he was great at the college level and ive pointed this out to you many many times before.

This was your excuse for when Tebow would put together a game winning drive with his arm, now you're using it for his production on the ground????
This just further compounds the fact that you still don't know what you're talking about.
Yeah Baph, Tebow got all of his on the ground production in the final minutes of the games
1st quarter stats:
6.1 avg
3 TDs
long 32yds
4th quarter stats:
6.6 avg
3 TDs
long 30yds
Did you Charger fans just like, surgically move your mouths to your asses, or is talking from it just something you're born able to do?sigpic

he only had 21 attempts all year in the first quarter and you seriously want to argue that is why he was a good football player the entire game?
did you not watch the broncos play at all? did you not see a horrendous offense for the entire game right until the end when teams started playing those soft zone's?
which by the way i mentioned early in the season and you called me football ignorant for saying it, then many many people in the media started touching on what i had already said and now its pretty much common knowledge.
you have said i didn't know what i was talking about before, you were wrong then and you are wrong yet again.
by the way, its simply hilarious you totally leave out the 2nd and 3rd quarter stats because his average wasn't nearly as good and had zero TD's
he had far more attempts in the 4th quarter than in any other quarter and a better average.
keep crying about your man crush tebow, you must be devastated he is no longer a bronco.
still a delusional tebow homer i take it? what a shame, you need to let go kish, you are clearly still emotionally attached and i am concerned.

You were trying to explain away Tebow's QB stats, and why they would improve so dramatically toward the end of games.

Oh wait, no, that's ridiculous, you have no idea what you're talking about. lol
which by the way i mentioned early in the season and you called me football ignorant for saying it, then many many people in the media started touching on what i had already said and now its pretty much common knowledge.
And after that, I proved you had no idea what you were talking about, listed what the coverage was, what we called, and how your characterization was not just wrong, but stupid on it's face. But I understand why you would want to forget about something like that lol
I guess it's possible that all of those people who's job it is to game-plan and devise ways to keep Tebow from making things happen at the end of games and get paid to actually know what they're doing are all just idiots, and somehow commentators on ESPN that are trying to stir the pot, and armchair D-coordinators like you pretend to be, are the real geniuses.....LOL!
Then again, you could just be full of crap.
I'm going with the second option...
You along with many others that just couldn't wrap their brains around what was happening did everything you could to try and explain away what he was doing, and it kept happening anyway. You're not a smarter Defensive strategist than Di ck LeBeau, or Rex Ryan, or any of the other Teams Defensive gurus that lost to Tebow in the final seconds of games. Tebow made up for his deficiencies in the final seconds of those games, because he willed himself to do so, took advantage of breakdowns in the D, and because the offense as a whole, both the players and the play callers, became more desperate.
Not because of "soft coverage" lol
you have said i didn't know what i was talking about before, you were wrong then and you are wrong yet again.
Tebow's successes had more to do with poor contain by outside rushers and breakdowns in coverage in the final minutes of the games, and Tebow exploiting it (i.e. when the Jets called the RIGHT coverage when they blitzed, but smith crashed inside allowing Tebow to beat him to the outside and sealing their fate. Smith should have played more contain or "soft coverage" as you so ignorantly put it, but he didn't and Tebow made them pay) than the type of coverage they were calling. But if you even knew half of what you pretend to know you would have understood this. lol
But you don't and here we are...
by the way, its simply hilarious you totally leave out the 2nd and 3rd quarter stats because his average wasn't nearly as good and had zero TD's
lol You truly are full of hot turd smelling air. It just exhausts from all orifices.
You know what's more hilarious? Tebow's averages are still higher in the 2nd and 3rd quarter than Mathews
FAIL
So if Tebow sucks at 4.4 and 4.9 yards per carry in the 2nd and 3rd, and Mathews averages 3.5 and 4.3 in the 2nd and 3rd quarters respectively, What does that make Mathews?
And Tebow had the same # of rushing TDs in 4 less games than Mathews lol
Face it dude, youre stuck trying to stubbornly argue a position that you're clearly not equipped to defend. You say things off the top of your head, and don't really know what you're talking about. That much is glaringly obvious.
Tim Tebow is an excellent football player. Period. You debating that is just flat out dumb.
still a delusional tebow homer i take it? what a shame, you need to let go kish, you are clearly still emotionally attached and i am concerned.
If I were you, I'd be more concerned with your willful telling of lies and making crap up. Not a good trait to have bud
I suppose this is where you call me a troll, and whine and cry about it, and completely disregard anything I said, pluck out one point to dismiss, and pat yourself on the back.
Well save yourself the trouble. I could probably type up what you're going to say for you lolsigpic
