It's too late for a coaching change to Help the current Chargers team win a superbowl. Rebuilding starts as soon as the season ends. unfortunately the 2 people in San Diego who knew how to rebuild a team are no longer Chargers. Butler passed away and the current idiot GM fired Marty.
