What happened to the days of the fun and creative smack? All I get to read now-a-days is "You guys suck!!", "No, you suck!!", "You guys are horibad!!!", "My mom ate my lunch!!!", "We'll polish all the trophies we want because you habve none to polish".. and of course the "TROLL!!", which is beside me because this is the Jr. Smack forum... /facepalm
Gone are the good 'ol days. Closed is that window to a brighter future.. kind of like in SD. It's all so sad, really. I miss the days when two good smackers just launched into each other within the CoC and came up with creative stuff. Ya know.. back when the Chargers were winning? I guess I'll just hope for better next year.. right KC, Oak.. Yes because he was a Bronco and we wanted to support him and be optimistic about his possible potential, but honestly, most of the people in Denver and most of the fans I know were happy to see him go. Most of the people on this sight that were upset werent Bronco fans as most of them only showed up within 2 years and left the second we ditched him.
Why else do you think when we signed Manning the mood in here changed from defending him to good riddance, as fans we support our players unless they do something so bad they lose that support. But as "fan" I guess you dont know what its like to support your players indiscriminatelyLast edited by Joshecalpoly; 12-17-2012, 08:04 PM.Comment

The problem with SD (Raiders, Jets, Eagles...) is they have a group of talented me-first individual players, not unselfish team players. My question is, when they hire a new coach, what happens? Typically teams hire opposite of the outgoing regime, so SD will likely get a disciplinarian, hardass coach. Talented me-first individuals do not typically adapt well with those type of coachs, especially since SD has some serious contracts to handle/work around. It might take 2-3 years before SD can assemble the right group of team oriented players that will match a strict coaching staff. It might take 2-3 years for them to win consistently. Will new coaching get that long to try?
Who, if anyone, will remain of the famed "super talented" Chargers of the last 5 years or so? Norv and AJ may have screwed that team for many years to come.Comment
