Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

They are the same way with their Red Sox, they start winning and they feel entitled. I hope the Pats go the way of the Sox!!
I can't stand their team is named the PATRIOTS yet they are sposored by Toyota and consider themselves England's team. A lot of what they do finacially is very unpatriotic.
Patriots won in a landslide for the most reviled team in the US, i forgot where i read this probably an op-ed piece, but either way outside of the northeast pretty much everyone hates them and their attitude.
Brady and his coach are sore losers, good thing they don't lose much because they wouldn't last long with their attitudes.
On a side note could you imagine if someone slid into Brady with their cleats up at his knee? But for some reason it's OK if your name is Brady. That was a low down dirty ass attempt to take out the knee of a defender and outside of Baltimore Ravens squawking about it no one seems to care. Even money says no fine, and any major media outlet will never mention it again.... so sad
He's still Tim Tebow... and you're NOT!
But Peyton Manning will win a Super Bowl.
Biggest bandwagon fan base in all of football, possibly all of sports. If somebody tells me they are a Pats fan and they are not from the NE area I immediately have no respect for them as a fan.
The Patriots made the playoffs when Brady was out for the season so have to give credit where its due. With the weak West and East the Broncos and Pats could get two more playoff matchups before Brady and Manning are done.
90% of 90% of fanbases are like that. The same (or worse) could be said about Broncos fans. When we were 2-3 the freaking world was ending. Hell, when we were on an incredible winning streak and some plays went bad the world was ending. There are tons of bandwagon fans in every fanbase.

I'm a Bronco fan and I'm not from CO does that mean you have no respect for me as a fan?

If you're talking about the Cassel year, they missed the playoffs with an 11-5 record.

I agree with you about the Pats, but you better do your HOMEWORK when it comes to the Red Sox man. The have the most loyal, diehard and RABID fanbase in Baseball, and have for ever. The only other fanbase that comes close is the Cubbie fans, and the are more MELLOW by far.
As for the Pats, it is INEVITABLE that if Tammy Brady and the Belly cheat stick around long enough, they WILL experience a down season. NOTHING last forever, DOESIT Carger and Steeler fans???

But they still went 11-5 with... CASSEL....and it was still a winning season. This is always my argument for trying to explain to people that Brady is a system QB whereas Manning is not.

That they did, and beat the Broncos on a Monday night BADLY too if I remember right. It will cycle around though, even if Brady and Bellicheat stick around for another 5 years or more, they will have a down year.
