We went through a complete rebuild, from multiple qbs to multiple coaches.....so no actually, it didnt take that long to get back right back up near the top. As long as you keep holding onto that pipe dream known as Rivers, your streak will continue.
Cutting ties with Norv was step one, cutting ties with Lip will be the next step towards success.

Sorry to burst your bubble but the Broncos Hold this NFL record of futility.
(1960 - 1976) 17 straight years (6,205 days) of utter futility where the Denver Broncos didn't even so much as "sniff" at the playoffs.

I know, your great grandmothers monkeys uncles cousin wasn't even born so how would you know this?

Sorry Denver Haters...I've been on an extended business trip....:middlefinger:

LOL I actually was alive and remember it myself.Just because your new to the game I will explain something to you. the Broncos were not a part of the NFL until 1970...so it was 6 years missing the NFL playoffs .

Guess this makes a 4 year playoff absence ok.

NFL, AFL, who cares. Nice Excuse. From your teams existence they hold the longest all time record for consecutive seasons with no playoff appearance, count em......6,205 days. Your thread fails beags.

Compared to 17 years of straight playoff absence and utter futility, absolutely.

The amount of times you are wrong is truly amazing but not surprising.

20 seasons. New Orleans Saints. (1960-1979) Until the saints finally won a Super Bowl in 2009 this was probably the worst NFL franchise ever. Fans were wearing bags on their heads. Aside from not making the playoffs for 20 consecutive seasons, the saints did not win a playoff game for 33 straight years.

25 seasons. Arizona Cardinals. (1949-1973) The Cardinals went a quarter of a century without making the playoffs and even worse, went 50 years without winning a single playoff game from 1949 to 1998.

25 seasons. Washington Redskins. (1946-1970) Now this one is surprising. Despite missing the playoffs for more than two consecutive decades the Redskins returned strong making Super Bowl appearances in the 70's, 80's and 90's.

In addition the Giants and eagles have both had 17 year droughts themselves.

Now are you going to continue to troll or answer the question honestly Baph picked number 3

I love it when the NFL gets new fans but I really wish they would learn the history of the game before they try and talk with grown ups.

Not to mention that their last playoff game was a loss to Mark Sanchez

Perhaps we should count how many days since last superbowl victory?

Until the Chargers win a super bowl these smack threads against them are useless, because all we gotta do is bring up the super bowls and the argument is over.
