...for your information, Joe Flacco's salary will have no significant impact on this year's cap or players. His salary will only have a 6.8m hit to the cap. The remainder of his pay will be stretched out over the term of his 5 yr deal. He's guaranteed 52m. And of course, before his contract expires it will be re-negotiated. Besides, there are other veteran players on the team who make more than Flacco right now...Suggs, Ngata, etc. So Joe's new salary had no bearing on the release of some our key players...mainly Q. And Joe's new salary has not and will not hurt the team. He's worth every penny...cause he wins!

So Peyton gonna start going for it on 4th down ,huh? And he's been experimenting with the shotgun formation. For 4th down conversion attempts, it aint gonna matter, we gonna stuff'em, take over the ball, and go deep right off da bat!!!

And as far as the shotgun formation...we just gonna sick T-Sizzle and Dooommm on him!

I think the playing field will be pretty level since you also have missing or hobbled (not 100%) players:

Welker is go and practiced all last week
Bailey is 50-50
